Several techniques such as density, porosity, microhardness, and Young’s modulus were used to assess the mechanical and physical characteristics. Tribological behavior were conducted using a ball-on-plate type Oscillating tribometer, under different applied loads (2, 10 and 20 N), under a wet condition using hank’s solution to simulate human body fluid. SEM, EDS and XRD analysis results, showed that Co-Cr-Mo alloy samples sintered exhibit the same phases created by the Co element. The alloy sintered at 1250 °C displayed the highest micro-hardness value in terms of mechanical characteristics (386.75 HV<sub>0.1.</sub> The porosity changes from 17% to 10% and endorse a higher change in Young’s modulus around 61.84 and 92.5 GPa for samples sintered beteewn 950 and 1250 °C, respectively,. A remarkable decrease in the wear rate and volume values is obtained for the sample sintered at 1250 °C (32.1610–3 μm3 (N.m)− 1) compared to other samples sintered at 1150 and 1250 °C. First, a stable adaptive neural network (NN) controller is designed, and the unknown closed-loop system dynamics of the manipulator is approximated by using radial basis function (RBF) neural network. The LSTM long and short memory algorithm is introduced, and the RBF based hybrid neural network model is constructed. The LSTM algorithm is used to design the input gate, forgetting gate and output gate structures to suppress the gradient expansion problem during coordinate data training, and accurate trajectory correction instructions are given. Lyapunov stability theorem is used to analyze stability. Partial persistent excitation (PE) conditions of some internal signals in the closed-loop system are satisfied in the control process of tracking the circular reference trajectory. Under the PE condition, the proposed adaptive NN controller can accurately identify the dynamic uncertainties of the manipulator in the stability control process. Then, a new NN learning control method is proposed, which effectively uses the knowledge learned without re adapting to the unknown manipulator control system dynamics to achieve closed-loop stability and improve control performance. The best surviving example is the Islamic architecture. Therefore, the recent changes in industrial output caused by digitalization are quite interesting from the perspective of sustainable development. Opportunities to increase productivity, decrease waste, and transition to a more effective manufacturing system are presented by this transformation. The current study aims to examine how Industry 4.0 (IR 4.0) can be advantageous for the environmental aspect of sustainable development, paying special attention to resource efficiency, efficient energy use, and transparency. IR 4.0 enabler technologies increase productivity, minimize waste, and progress toward a more efficient production system, showing the importance of evolving technologies in industrialization and mass customization. In order to observe the effects of new technologies in IR 4.0 on sustainability aspects, a case study of King Saud University's Smart Yogurt Filling System was examined using recent technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), reverse engineering, and additive manufacturing. The test and trial process reveals how these technologies might enhance sustainability in IR 4.0. According to the similarity criterion from the similarity theory, a similarity model is established, and the similarity ratio of the natural frequency is obtained. Through the use of the transfer matrix method, the fundamental frequency of the experimental model of the casing string in horizontal wells with rigid support is analyzed, and its mathematical model is established. Through the calculation of the fundamental frequency of the experimental model and the result of the vibration experiment, the correctness of the model is verified. Besides, the fundamental frequency of a 2500 m long shale gas horizontal well casing string with 20 rigid centralizers is calculated. The corrosion rate was evaluated as a function of temperature and inhibitor concentrations using the electrochemical polarization technique. These data indicated that the EBD acts as a mixed-type corrosion inhibitor with a slight effect on the cathodic reaction. Corrosion current densities increased with temperature and decreased with inhibitor concentration. At a temperature of 328 K and an inhibitor concentration of 24 ml/l, the maximum corrosion inhibition efficiency was 84.4%. The cyclic polarization test confirmed the greater pitting resistance in the presence of butamirate drugs in solution. Adsorption studies showed that EBD adsorbed chemically on the metal surface following the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. Electronic microscopy showed enhancements in the surface morphology in the presence of EBD. While FTIR was used for the diagnosis of functional groups in EBD and surface corrosion products. The power conversion is handled by a Quasi Z Source Direct Matrix Converter (QZSDMC). This device is made up of a regular Direct Matrix Converter (DMC) and a pseudo Z-source impedance network that are serially connected. The proposed QZSDMC receives alternating current power in 3φ at a fixed voltage and frequency and outputs it in 5φ at a variable voltage and frequency to a standalone system. You can switch between buck and boost mode with a couple of switch flips. The shoot-through Duty Ratio value might help us understand the voltage transferal ratio. The authors suggested a unique control mechanism based on Direct Duty Ratio Pulse Width Modulation (DDRPWM) in this work. The method described here is only relevant when the amount of output phases is odd, not even. The paper uses MATLAB tools and experimental results to show the proposed system's operational principle in detail and prove its viability. Here, buck and boost conditions in all four quadrant modes with the proposed QZSDMC architecture, and the voltage gain constraint are addressed. The aim of this paper is to characterize the wear in WC-12Co coating on the surface of FS438 die steel using electro-spark deposition (ESD). A sliding contact experiment was conducted on a friction and wear tester using GCr15 bearing steel as friction pair. The wear loss of the coating was measured, and the wear coefficient is calculated, and a finite element model was used with the Umeshmotion subroutine to estimate the wear depth and contact stress. The results showed that the wear loss increases with the increase of the load, and the friction coefficient and the wear coefficient decrease with the increase of the speed. The simulation results showed the inner and outer contact stresses are greater than those in the central position, and the wear trend of the disc is consistent with the contact stress change trend. The current approaches to private-partner selection mainly rely on generic evaluations of a limited number of criteria, which do not adequately address partnership risks during construction and operation or guarantee the quality of furnished educational services during the facility lifecycle. There is a crucial necessity to develop a customized method for the selection of the private partner in educational private-partnership projects. Guided by the principal author's firsthand experience as the chair of the evaluation committee, a private-partner selection framework is developed to reduce partnership risks and evaluate the quality of proposed educational public-private partnerships. To check for risk attributes and exclude high-risk partners, an early risk-reduction stage is proposed. In addition, to account for the specific nature of educational facility procurements, a technical evaluation phase that assesses design quality, functionality and facility management services is integrated into the proposal evaluation stage. In this paper, the concept of a spot mixing ventilation (SMV) system, which aims to supply cold fresh air directly to the occupant seating is developed and examined numerically for use in a typical classroom. Consequently, a proposed SMV system for the classroom was installed over each seated occupant at ceiling level. Occupant’s thermal comfort and energy enhancement were used as the main evaluation index which was employed to assess the performance of the proposed SMV system. The validated computational fluid dynamic (CFD) model was employed in this examination. Four different values of supply temperature, 19 °C, 20 °C, 21 °C, and 22 °C, were examined numerically to evaluate the occupant’s thermal comfort and energy enhancement in the investigated classroom with and without using the SMV system. The results show that the SMV system can reduce the energy demanded by the cooling coil from 4.522 kW as in cases 1, and 2–1.206 kW, 0.9045 kW, and 0.603 kW as in cases 3, 4, and 5 respectively. Furthermore, the SMV system was able to improve the quality of the indoor air by supplying fresh air directly to the seated occupants.
