High blood pressure for a long time will cause damage to blood vessels throughout the body, but this can be controlled with pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies, one of which is by using ergonomic exercises. Ergonomic gymnastics is a gymnastic movement combined with breathing techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ergonomic exercise on changes in blood pressure in elderly hypertensives in the Work Area of the Jatibaru Health Center, Bima City. The research design used the Two Group Pre Test- Post Test With Control Group Design. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample of 30 respondents. There were 15 people in the intervention group and 15 people in the control group. The results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test in the intervention group obtained sig pValue = 0.001 <α 0.05, meaning that there is an effect of ergonomic exercise on changes in blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension. For the results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test in the control group, the value of sig pValue = 0.005 <α 0.05 means that there is an influence in the control group on changes in blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension. The results of the analysis of the Mann Whitney signed test obtained a significance value of pValue = 0.004 <α 0.05.","PeriodicalId":487262,"journal":{"name":"Barongko Jurnal Ilmu Kesehatan","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135992353","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This period is called the golden period or also known as a critical time, which if not utilized properly, permanent damage (window of opportunity) will occur. This research aims to determine the relationship between pregnant women's knowledge and attitudes in implementing the First 1000 days of life program in the Monta health center working area. This type of research is an analytic observation research method with a cross sectional approach. This research was carried out in some of the working areas of the Monta Community Health Center, namely in the villages of Simpasai, Sie and Pela villages. The research was conducted in June 2023. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the working area of the Monta Health Center. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling of 50 respondents. The data analysis carried out was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The test used was the chi square statistical test with another alternative test, namely the Fisher Excat test with a significance level of p=0.02, HA was accepted because it was proven that there was a relationship between knowledge of pregnant women and attitudes with p<0.05. It was concluded that there was a relationship between knowledge of pregnant women and attitudes in implementing the 1000 HPK program in the PKM Monta work area. Based on the results of this research, it is best for health workers, especially midwives, to collaborate with health agencies that hold outreach activities in order to increase the knowledge and information of pregnant women about the first 1000 days of life so that they can motivate the attitudes of pregnant women about the first 1000 days of life.","PeriodicalId":487262,"journal":{"name":"Barongko Jurnal Ilmu Kesehatan","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135398177","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is more stated that 50% of sufferers are not aware of themselves as hypertensive sufferers because they do not change and avoid risk factors.
 The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between overweight, healthy weight and underweight (BMI) with the incidence of hypertension at the Pampang Makassar Health Center. The research design uses quantitative descriptive research with the Simple Random Sampling research method using the Solfin Formula. Based on the research results from the table, it shows that from the results of statistical tests (hypotheses) carried out by the Chi-sqere test, it was obtained that p value = 0.255 Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected because p value = 0.255 > 0.05 so it was proven that there was no relationship between Underweight (BMI) with the incidence of hypertension in the PKM Pampang Makassar Outpatient Room. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between Overwight (BMI) and the incidence of hypertension in the outpatient room of the Pampang Makassar Health Center as many as 19 people (63%). There is a relationship between healtyweight (BMI) and the incidence of hypertension in the Pampang Makassar Health Center Outpatient Room by 14 (46%). Its application is related to the fingers and the flow of energy in the body. This relaxation can then heat the entry and exit points of energy in the meridians (body or energy pathways) in the fingers, thereby causing reflex stimulation (spontaneous) when gripping. The finger tapping relaxation technique helps the soul, mind, and body relax. When conditions are relaxed, it triggers the natural release of endorphins, this is the hormone that naturally acts to relieve pain. Writing this proposed scientific article aims to determine the effectiveness of finger grip relaxation techniques in reducing pain intensity in postoperative patients. This study used a descriptive method with a literature review approach. The data source is secondary. Articles and some magazines serve as sources of information. The literature search strategy uses the PICO framework. The inclusion criteria are national and international research journals that discuss reducing pain intensity in postoperative patients using finger grip relaxation techniques, as well as articles or journals published after 2018 in English and Indonesian. An approach consisting of presentation methods and analytical methods is used for data analysis. The results obtained in this study regarding the effect of hand-held relaxation techniques on reducing pain intensity. Of the five research publications reviewed, all of them are effective in reducing pain using finger grip relaxation techniques. The interventions used were the results of five studies where there was a decrease in pain. This proves that finger-held relaxation techniques can reduce pain intensity in postoperative patients.","PeriodicalId":487262,"journal":{"name":"Barongko Jurnal Ilmu Kesehatan","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135398178","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data obtained by the 34 patients will be recorded and displayed in the form of data tabulations and analyzed by the Normality Test using the Shapiro-Wilk with normally distributed data obtained, where the pre hemodialysis p value is 0.970 (p> 0.05) and the post hemodialysis p value is 0.530 (p>0.05). The pre hemodialysis creatinine level averaged 12.83 mg/dL, while the post hemodialysis creatinine level averaged 5.17 mg/dL.
