To get answers to the above problems, the author conducted research with qualitative methods. Qualitative method is research that starts from a problem where the problem can develop and change during the field. After analyzing the data obtained, the results show that the strategies carried out by the madrasah head of MA Darul Falah Cukir Jombang in developing teacher professionalism are: First, finding out the shortcomings of teachers through supervision activities. Second, calling in and providing guidance. Third, include seminars such as MGMP and workshop. In implementing supervision, the principal of MA Darul Falah Cukir Jombang is assisted by waka-waka and also by other employees. The madrasah head will call teachers who are still declared lacking in something and provide direction to improve the teacher's shortcomings. With the support and motivation from the madrasah head, the teachers have broader experience and insight. There are 2 factors that inhibit the development of teacher professionalism in MA Darul Falah Cukir Jombang. First, the diversity of students at MA Darul Falah Cukir Jombang makes it difficult for teachers to provide understanding that can be digested easily by students. The results of this research show that public relations planning for SMP Plus Ar Rahmat Bojonegoro was carried out by setting goals and creating a public relations work program. The public relations organizer of SMP Plus Ar Rahmat Bojonegoro consists of the person in charge, public relations coordinator, public relations officer, social media and communication field, and creative design field. Implementation of public relations for SMP Plus Ar Rahmat Bojonegoro by publicizing school activities. The public relations evaluation of SMP Plus Ar Rahmat Bojonegoro is held once a year and regularly weekly. The supporting factors for public relations in improving the image of educational institutions are that they are supported by good cooperation and the availability of adequate facilities and financial sources. School principals play an important role in establishing a positive work climate, providing clear direction, and providing motivation and support to teachers. This research involves case studies in several schools as a basis for analyzing the relationship between school principal leadership styles and teacher performance. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. These three techniques were used to collect data from teachers regarding their perceptions of the principal's leadership style and understand the deeper views of principals and teachers. This data is then analyzed to identify patterns and possible relationships between leadership styles and teacher performance. The results of this research indicate that school principals who implement effective leadership styles, such as providing ongoing support, providing clear direction, and encouraging teacher professional development, tend to have a positive influence on teacher performance. Teachers who feel strong support and direction from their principal tend to be more motivated, innovate, and produce better learning outcomes. To improve teacher performance, school principals always motivate teachers and employees. Madrasah heads have a very important role in supporting and motivating teachers to achieve better educational outcomes. In addition, an effective madrasa head must have good communication skills, wise decision-making abilities, and be able to create a positive work environment. Managerial competency also includes the ability to motivate and develop teacher staff, as well as manage resources efficiently. Good teacher performance is a key factor in achieving the goals of quality madrasa education. The research objective is first to describe the managerial competence of madrasah heads in improving teacher performance at MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan. Second, teacher performance at MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan. This research method is qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the managerial competence of madrasah heads involves various aspects, including the ability to plan, organize, implement and control. The performance of teachers at MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan has good performance. Teachers are able to create learning tools, manage the learning process effectively by utilizing media and school facilities, and carry out assessments.
