As well as pre-test intervention and post-test intervention. Nursing care was carried out with the author for three days and the family intervened using the Family Empowerment Program (FEP) approach for three weeks. The subject of this case study is a thalassemia child with poor quality of life. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, physical examination, and documentation.\u0000Results: The results of the case study at the assessment stage found that An.S. had problems in the dimensions of social function and school function due to complex or long-term treatment or treatment programs and unsatisfactory interpersonal interactions. Intervention and implementation used in An.S. are using family empowerment with the Family Empowerment Program (FEP) approach.\u0000Conclusion: The conclusion of nursing care in children with thalassemia was that during the intervention of three meetings, there were few changes that were positive for the family and the client in handling social function and school function. Documenting nursing care is quite important. However, there are still many incomplete nursing care documentations written by nurses. The factor that encourages nurses to carry out nursing documentation is the nurse's motivation and supported by rewards from the hospital as appreciation for the nurse's performance.\u0000Objective: The purpose of this study was determine the Correlation between Nurse Motivation and the Quality of Nursing Care Documentation.\u0000Method: This research is a quantitative study with a correlation study and a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used was random sampling with 66 respondents at RSUD Dr. R. Soedjati Somodiarjo Purwodadi. The data were analyzed by using the chi-square statistical test (X2) and a correlation strength test was carried out using Spearman's (r).\u0000Results: Based on the chi-square statistical test (X2), the p value is 0.000. As the results show <0.05, it means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Then a correlation strength test carried out by using Spearman’s (r) reveals a correlation coefficient or r = 0.086, indicating that there is a strong positive correlation between nurses’ motivation and the quality of nursing care process documentation at RSUD Dr. R. Exploring effective pain management strategies is crucial for enhancing the well-being of individuals affected by gastritis. This study investigates the potential effectiveness of progressive muscle relaxation therapy in alleviating pain among gastritis patients.\u0000Objective: This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of progressive muscle relaxation therapy in alleviating pain among patients diagnosed with gastritis.\u0000Methods: The research was conducted at BLUD RSU Banjar City from May 27 to May 31, 2022. The participant for this study was Mrs. I, a 62-year-old individual presenting complaints of pain in the left upper quadrant of the abdomen.\u0000Results: Findings from the case study indicated observable changes post-progressive muscle relaxation therapy. The patient exhibited signs of relaxation, and the pain scale, initially high, decreased to 4 within 2 days after the intervention. Further reduction to a pain scale of 2 was noted using the Numeric Rating Scale method.\u0000Conclusion: The study concludes that progressive muscle relaxation therapy exhibits promise in effectively reducing pain. Vascular complications resulting from PCI procedures include hematoma, microvascular aneurysm, bleeding, edema, incision site pain, ecchymosis, embolism, arterial occlusion, arterial spasm, arteriovenous fistula, and retroperitoneal hematoma.\u0000Objective: To describe the nursing intervention outcomes using cold packs to address hematoma in post-PCI patients with femoral sheath access.\u0000Method: A qualitative study employing a case study approach conducted from March 23-25, 2023, at the Heart and Vascular Hospital Tasikmalaya. Inclusion criteria for participants include a diagnosis of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), prior PCI intervention, PCI access via femoral sheath, and willingness to provide informed consent. The intervention involves the application of a cold pack. Research instruments utilized in this study include semi-structured interviews (in-depth interviews) and observations using The Femoral Scale.\u0000Result: The use of cold packs to address hematoma in post-PCI patients with femoral sheath access is effective. This is evidenced by the absence of hematoma in post-PCI patients with femoral access after applying mechanical pressure with a cold pack. During the observation, patients did not express significant complaints; they reported greater comfort using a cold pack compared to the conventional sandbag approach.\u0000Conclusion: The utilization of cold packs in this case can be considered an alternative to sandbags to enhance patient comfort. However, it is imperative to conduct additional monitoring when removing the cold pack, especially during the 6-hour immobilization period, to ensure patient awareness and compliance with immobilization protocols.
