Blended learning, which combines traditional face-to-face teaching with online methods, has emerged as a promising approach to address these challenges. Blended learning allows students to access course materials and engage in activities both in the classroom and through digital platforms like YouTube. This study, conducted at Ekasakti University with 54 students divided into three groups, employed questionnaires, interviews, and observations to gather comprehensive data. The findings indicate a generally positive perception among students towards the use of YouTube in blended learning. Students recognize the benefits of YouTube in enhancing language learning experiences, as evidenced by high mean scores for statements emphasizing its effectiveness. However, concerns were raised regarding certain aspects of using YouTube, reflected in consistently low mean scores for specific statements across all groups. Addressing these concerns is crucial for optimizing the effectiveness of blended learning with YouTube and ensuring its successful integration into educational practices. It explains the sign of the linguistic meaning of the signifier and the signified, the denotative meaning and connotative meaning of megalithic stone. It aims to describe the sequence of signifier and signified and describe the denotative and connotative meaning of megalithic stone. Based on these sources, the data were collected using the observation method and photo techniques. The analysis is carried out with semiotics, the sign of linguistic meaning and the order of the signifier method. The data were analyzed by relating it to the concept proposed by Saussure (2011) and Chandler (2002). Saussure theory is to classify signifier and signified. Chandler theory is to classify denotative and connotative meanings. Result the analysis is presented descriptively. After analyzing the data, it was found there are several specifications of the meaning of megalithic stone. This study shows that megalithic stones have high cultural significance and value, especially in Orahili Gomo. This research uses a literary psychology approach with Hippocrates character theory, Freud's personality, Freud's classification emotions, and Freud's ego defense mechanism.  Method of collecting the data in this research is descriptive method. Method of analyzing the data in this research is a qualitative analysis method. Data collection technique of collecting the data  in research obtained by library techniques, reading techniques, and notes-taking technique. The data analysis technique of analyzing data in this research is categorization step. The results of the research showed that the main character has a kind, patient, caring, act quickly and logistically, want to be love and love, pessimistic, and willing to sacrifice. The forms of psychological conflict that the main characters get are id, ego, superego, the concept of guilt, shame, hate, and love. Language also strengthens the relationship between people and their culture, so that a culture can be recognized and maintained. Minangkabau culture always preserves oral traditions such as the pasambahan utterance which is a form of utterance conveyed by both parties in finding solutions or overcoming problems. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to explore politeness, and the data analysis method used in this research is the equivalent method with referential and transitional determinants, collecting data using observation, documentation, and interview techniques. Then, the data is analyzed by using the technique of sorting the determining element with the distinguishing power of courage. This research uses Leech's theory in finding the maxim and politeness scale. The results of this research indicate that there are politeness maxims and politeness scales in the utterance of pasambahan batagak pangulu in Minangkabau. The maxims obeyed in this speech are 42 and the politeness scale is 42. The forms of politeness maxim compliance found in the pasambahan utterance consist of 10 tact maxims, 2 maxims of generosity, 9 approbation maxims, 10 maxims of modesty, 9 maxims of agreement and 2 maxims of sympathy. The purpose of this study is to identify the external conflict experienced by Totto-chan, as well as the causes of the conflict in the novel Totto Chan the Little Girl at the Window by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi. In this research the researcher used Structural Analysis theory by Tzvetan Todorov. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data in this novel are quotes from words, sentences related to the external conflict experienced by the character Totto-Chan. Data collection techniques in this study were reading, marking data and recording data related to external conflicts in the novel Totto Chan the Little Girl at the Window by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi. Within the realm of education, philosophy of education and pedagogy explore distinct facets of the same subject matter. Rather than acting as competitors, these disciplines, with diverse research functions, possess the potential for mutual complementarity and reciprocal enhancement of their cognitive capacities. The outcomes reveal that as a branch of applied philosophy, philosophy of education does not serve as a direct tool for influencing educational practice. Instead, its primary purpose lies in facilitating comprehension and understanding of crucial issues in the theory and practice of education. In this relationship, pedagogy acts as a mediator, playing a crucial role. In conclusion, the most productive form of the relationship between the philosophy of education and pedagogical science is one of interaction. This interaction fosters mutual enrichment, strengthens their research capabilities, and allows for the fullest realization of their distinct functions. Pedagogy, in particular, has the flexibility to choose from philosophical and educational concepts to develop theories, which are validated through experimentation and directly applied in practice. The methods chosen in collecting data were  observational and conversational method, by applying some techniques such as non participant  observational technique, note taking technique, elicitation, and recording technique. Then, in analyzing technique, the writer used descriptive qualitative approach by using contextual  analysis method in order to explain the cultural values from the expressions. Moreover, the writer used  informal method for presenting the result of analysis. The result of research shows that the expressions of idiomatic from the Jambi Malay Language Bungo  Malay dialect contain cultural values that have been developed in the society, especially for Jambi Malay  speakers that categorized into good and bad values.
