The study included 118 subjects of both sexes. The density of the frequency distribution in 7 MxDMn bands and descriptive statistics of the parameters of the spectral analysis of the HRV were studied. It was found that with an increase in MxDMn, there is an increase in the levels of TP, HF, LF, VLF parameters (p = 0.000). The %HF level changed non-linearly with an increase in MxDMn (p = 0.017), and a non-linear change in the %VLF level (p = 0.041) was also found. Athletes were found to have a slight caloric deficit against the background of optimal protein intake, excess fat and insufficient carbohydrates, reduced consumption of bioelements and vitamins, with the exception of Fe and vitamin A. When considering the coagulogram, such indicators of hemostasis as activated partial thromboplastin time, prothrombin time and the international normalized ratio also remain normal. The features of the occlusive lesion of the terminal part and proximal branches of the internal carotid arteries, which led to the development of an unstable network of collateral vessels at the base of the brain in the patient, are reflected. When using the neuroimaging method (magnetic resonance imaging) multiple vascular anomalies were found in the form of a ball of smoke, from where the disease got its specific name (“My-My” in Japanese – “a smoke club”). Pre-dementia was detected in 42.1% of patients according to the results of the Short Mental Status Assessment Scale (MMSE), which is more common in patients with left-hemisphere stroke. Clinical depression, as well as subclinical and clinical anxiety are detected more often in left-hemisphere stroke. The inverse correlation of the cognitive function index on the MMSE scale and the level of anxiety and depression on the hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS) was revealed. We evaluated the level of oxidative stress in patients with acute pancreatitis at mild, moderate and severe forms of the disease. Irrespective of the severity degree of the pathological condition oxidative processes in erythrocytes of patients with acute pancreatitis prevail over antioxidant ones.
