The study aims to determine the factors influencing the quality of the seasoning product using the Taguchi method. The analysis conducted identified two levels and three significant factors. These factors include the number of briefing sessions for operators, the intensity of packing machine maintenance, and the determination of sample size in quality control. After experimentation, this research concludes that the optimal conditions for seasoning production involve conducting two briefing sessions for operators, performing machine packing maintenance twice, and taking quality control samples 332 times. The use of 332 samples is based on the minimum sample size required using a statistical approach with a 95% confidence level. The analysis results indicate that machine maintenance has the greatest impact on the quality of the seasoning product, contributing approximately 23.02% at the first level. The number of operator briefings contributes about 7.91% at the second level, while quality control contributes approximately 5.62% at the second level. This research highlights the importance of considering the number of operators briefing sessions, the frequency of packing machine maintenance, and the method used to determine the sample size in quality control when producing seasoning products. According to Statistics Indonesia, there were 9.78% of the population living in poverty in 2020, with Java Island accounting for 50% of the nation’s total poor people. Furthermore, poverty reduction is the primary concern due to Central Java’s high poverty rate, which is still higher than the national average, so it has become a shared challenge. This study measured poverty by clusters based on a variety of deprivations that residents of 35 regencies or municipalities in Central Java Province experienced. Additionally, 16 poverty indicators based on the criteria and income of the poor and underprivileged from the Ministry of Social Affairs comprised the variables used in this study. Moreover, by selecting the optimal cluster, characteristic poverty was obtained employing fuzzy C-means (FCM) as cluster analysis. In addition, each municipality/regency that shares a similarity indicator with another municipality/regency was categorized into one cluster. The clusters were fundamental to understanding the determinants of poverty and poverty alleviation programs. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with the type of data including secondary data and the collection technique used is library research. The data analysis technique used is the qualitative content analysis data analysis technique, namely which is the author analyzes secondary data, then uses theory to explain a phenomenon or event that the author is researching. This research concludes that based on six important sources of instruments related to transformation into a region that has the character of being part of a maritime country, Cilacap, with its potential and optimal utilization, has taken steps to become a region that has a maritime character. Industrialization certainly has both positive and negative impacts. Environmental concerns, especially environmental damage that occurs due to industrialization, are currently still massive in Sukoharjo Regency. The case of environmental pollution in Sukoharjo has caused serious attention from policy makers to create environmentally based policies such as the application of the concept of environmental governance. This research will discuss the application of robust principles in environmental governance which consists of four aspects, namely Legitimate, Connected, Nested and Polycentric in Sukoharjo Regency Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2023 concerning environmental protection and management. The research method is normative legal research with a descriptive presentation and using a statutory approach. One of the important steps that regional governments need to take at this time is to accelerate regional development through the implementation of regional innovation. Strengthening Regional Innovation is the main strategy within the National Innovation System framework, which facilitates integration between elements of strengthening the innovation system at the macro level and industrial sectors in the local context. The development of this innovation system is in line with the national agenda, through innovation that is directed with the right strategy and strong commitment. However, efforts to develop innovation in government organizations still face obstacles. Therefore, this research aims to identify potential obstacles that the Cilacap Regency Regional Government may face in its efforts to develop innovation. Through this research, it is hoped that it can help identifying effective solutions to increase regional government innovation capabilities, improve services to the community, and support regional economic growth. This research was carried out in Cilacap Regency with the Cilacap Regency Government as the research subject. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through survey techniques. It shows that the demand for eggs is very high. Egg is a popular source of protein for Indonesian people. However, the quality of eggs will decrease over time if they are stored for a long time. This study aims to analysis the effectiveness of using betel leaves to extend the shelf life of eggs and their effect on protein and fat content. Data collection methods were carried out experimentally. Data analysis methods were carried out using statistical analysis, analysis of variance, BNT/LSD analysis, and regression. Wrapping eggs with betel leaves can extend the shelf life of eggs, even better than eggs stored in the refrigerator for 9 days or more. Based on the analysis of the anova test, it was proven that there was a significant difference between the use of betel leaves and other treatments. The cause is thought that betel leaves have good antibacterial and antifungal activities. The effect of betel leaves on egg quality is 43.9%. Similarly, the effect of wrapping eggs with betel leaves on protein and fat content. Utilization of the leftover waste from agricultural activities can increase economic and environmental value. The large amount of agricultural waste from the results of agricultural activities is a great opportunity for the utilization of agricultural waste to support economic growth and environmental sustainability. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine strategies for utilizing agricultural waste. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with the research object being agricultural waste in Cilacap Regency using SWOT analysis which was carried out to find strategies by looking at strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in terms of agricultural waste utilization. The study resulted in Agricultural Waste Utilization Strategies being divided into three types of strategies based on their implementation period: long-term, medium-term, and short-term. The long-term strategy is the development of agricultural waste management areas, the medium-term strategy includes giving agricultural waste management tools to farming communities, and the short-term strategy is the first step in planning with outreach and training. Cilacap is striving to develop Cilacap Smart City with a focus on achieving a balance between urban and rural areas. However, there has been no research on how rural communities, deeply rooted in cultural traditions and local wisdom, respond to this concept. This study aims to uncover the acceptance of the millennial and Gen Z generations in Cilacap towards Smart City, particularly the Cilacap Smart Regency program. In this research, the \"Cilacap Smart Regency Millennial-Gen Z Adoption\" model based on UTAUT2 theory is employed. The research methodology utilizes an online survey with 163 millennial and Gen Z respondents from Cilacap. Data is analyzed using PLS-SEM techniques and validated for reliability. The research findings indicate that perceptions of security and privacy influence trust in technology, although this trust does not affect the intention to use technology. Self-efficacy and effort expectations influence the intention to use Smart City technology. Trust in the government impacts the perceived value of technology, which in turn affects the intention to use Smart City technology. This study underscores the importance of involving the millennial and Gen Z generations in the development of Cilacap Smart Regency. The implementation of evidence-based policy is an urgency in the regional development planning agenda, especially in Tuban Regency. This study aims to understand the evidence-based policies that have been implemented in the RPJMD of Tuban Regency for 2021-2026. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with a secondary data analysis method. The results showed that this planning document has implemented evidence-based planning development in Tuban Regency. However, the quality of evidence still needs to be improved, especially at the top level, which are the use of research and scientific articles to be considered in determining regional development policies. Evidence-based development can improve the accuracy of development programs and increase the effectiveness of policy implementation in implementing public services. To treat tumors and breast cancer, this study aims to make a synergistic ointment from the extracts of papaya seeds, meniran and bamboo leaves and a white vaseline base. Methods of data collection using experiments with accidental sampling method in the form of respondents who have had tumors and breast cancer. Data analysis used descriptive comparative analysis. Vaseline, papaya seed extract, meniran extract, and bamboo leaf extract form the composition of the bamboo leaf extract ointment. The bamboo leaf extraction process was carried out using a maceration strategy using 95% ethanol solvent. This cream-like ointment has a brown color, a pH of 6.5 and smells like bamboo leaf extract. The ointment has a spread of 3.5 cm and an adhesion time of 3.66 seconds. The content of flavonoids in the ointment was 0.1633% w/w QE and phenolics 0.371% w/w GAE. The content of cancer-preventing substances in salmon with 10 ppm is 10.09%. The ointment has an inhibitory effect on Gram-positive microorganisms of 9 mm, 10 mm and 11 mm. The results showed that there was a decrease in the size of breast tumors with a diameter of (3-5 cm) to (0.5-1 cm) with the treatment given 3 times a day for 124 days. Some respondents with stage IIA breast cancer experienced a reduction in pain and tender lumps with the treatment of giving ointment 3x a day for 17-37.
