In the study region, the location of earthquakes of ≥ three, ≥ four, and ≥ six Richter magnitudes agree with the traces of regional faults, evidencing their neotectonic activity. Seismic energy is generally transmitted over inherited faults, such as in the Metan basin. Minor new faults occur in Quaternary terraced deposits,and others move, taking advantage of the Neogene sedimentary strata. The folds are generally buried, but the younger sequences are gently undulating. The seismic energy dissipated through fewer cohesion materials that form the valleys' fill, developing discrete fault scarps and strongly folded conglomerate strata. The foothills deposits and basins absorbed most of the seismic energy released during the reactivation of the faults. Tectonic activity is deforming 630 BP deposits in the Cumbres Calchaquíes piedmont. Considering deformation values, neotectonic deformation in the outcrops and seismic profiles evidence, it is possible to interpret that the seismic activity in the study area from the Pleistocene to the present remained between the current records. This seismic activity, sustained over time, is sufficient to produce deformation in the foothills, reactivate pre-existing faults with small displacements and generate minor new faults in recent conglomeratic deposits. Many faults are blind. However, the deformation of the landscape and the modification of the drainage network are direct indicators of the activity of these structures.","PeriodicalId":480355,"journal":{"name":"Global journal of human social science","volume":"162 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136069398","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among the ways to get data related to weather conditions are the use of atmospheric profilers and numerical models. Such resources can be used for studies related to the surface layer, which covers a range from 20 to 200 meters below the low troposphere. In order to make atmospheric experiments achievable, without great financial expenditure, a low-cost atmospheric profiler was developed together with the Laboratory of Monitoring and Numerical Modeling of Climate Systems (LAMMOC) of the Federal Fluminense University (UFF), to be on board a drone and based on prototyping with Arduino, which had as sensors the DHT22 for measuring temperature and relative humidity and the BMP280 for measuring atmospheric pressure. Thus, this profiler was used in an experiment, from which atmospheric vertical profiles were generated and compared with profiles generated by the numerical model Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) and post-processed by the WRF-Python routines package. As a result, it was noticed that the observed data profiles described a behavior of the surface layer that indicates the occurrence of thermal inversion and change of regime of this layer, from the stable, passing through the neutral, to the unstable. With this, it is evaluated that the method of using this profiler can be applied in several atmospheric studies, such as atmospheric pollution and now casting weather forecast, as well as its potential for use in areas such as operational meteorology and assimilation of data from numerical models shows to be promising.","PeriodicalId":480355,"journal":{"name":"Global journal of human social science","volume":"159 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136069404","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Correct determination of the distribution of aerosol types in the atmosphere is of paramount importance for long-term climate predictions. The latest report of the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) addresses aerosols as representing the most significant uncertainties in the context of forcing climate sources. These particles can interfere with the climate directly, indirectly, or semi-directly. Directly, we can highlight the interaction of these particles with solar radiation through their scattering or absorption. Indirectly, the role of these aerosols as nuclei for the condensation of liquid and ice in clouds is significant. Depending on their quantity, these aerosols can form larger or smaller droplets, leading to changes in the cloud's albedo. As for semi-direct effects, we can emphasize the role of aerosols as radiation absorbers within clouds, consequently leading to changes in the stability of the air parcel. As a semi-direct effect, we can highlight changes in the life cycle and the ability to make convective clouds colder and more profound.","PeriodicalId":480355,"journal":{"name":"Global journal of human social science","volume":"128 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136069332","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Essas características heterogênicas se manifestam de acordo com os fatores fisiológicos, grau de comprometimento funcional e influência dos fatores ambientais, o que sugere que, tendo em vista as suas especificidades clínicas, os indivíduos com esse quadro devem receber atenção especializada no processo de escolarização (CINTRA; JESUINO; PROENÇA, 2015). Em função da especificidade do TEA, a inclusão desses alunos implica em reflexões importantes a respeito das possibilidades de intervenções, adequações e acolhimento necessários para contemplar toda a diversidade imposta pelo diagnóstico. Desta forma, é fundamental a parceria entre educação e saúde para que se tenha o máximo de conhecimento das características de cada aluno tanto do ponto de vista funcional quanto educacional e com isso a sua inclusão seja eficiente e se dê de maneira adequada às suas necessidades (FERRAIOLI; HARRIS, 2011).","PeriodicalId":480355,"journal":{"name":"Global journal of human social science","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135081632","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The influence of workload on schoolchildren's motivation and health/development is examined. Exhaustion of the nervous system due to an irrational daily routine, reasons for non-compliance with the daily routine and lack of healthy sleep due to an inadequate amount of homework exceeding the hygiene norms of the student's \"safe\" mental work are identified. The author analyses the learning workload, motivation to learn and health problems in the development of children's social competencies. This paper also examines the education system's shortcomings (lesson schedule, methodology/didactics, amount and complexity of homework corresponding to the age of the schoolchildren), which depend on the health/development of students and the motivation for learning and the desire to attend school. Recent research reveals that affective/emotional factors and confirmation bias prevail in how users interact with media content. This paper draws on the conceptions of the affective turn (Clough, 2010), the embodied mind (Varela 1990), and the concept of radical mediation (Grusin, 2015) to demonstrate how the body and affect act in interaction with the media, producing a kind of intensification of affective interpersonal relationships, generating states of mind that circulate and influence people's reactions to facts and opinions. It highlights how non-conscious aspects affect conscious thinking. It is concluded that strategies based on rhetorical and sociolinguistic structures are insufficient to combat disinformation. It is necessary to carry out inter and transdisciplinary research that adds bodily and affective factors to the ways in which users engage with the media.","PeriodicalId":480355,"journal":{"name":"Global journal of human social science","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135486917","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This educational approach was created out of the Anthroposophical worldview founded by Rudolf Steiner and relies on the teachings of Anthroposophy. However, the relationship between the educational practice in Waldorf kindergartens and schools and the worldview behind it is complex and multi-faceted, both from the internal point of view of those who work from within Waldorf education and from the critical point of view of external researchers. Indeed, Waldorf education has been criticized and attacked in many ways over the years, particularly for these reasons. In this article, I shall attempt to throw l ight on this connection and explain it from different aspects. First, I shall briefly present Rudolf Steiner's life path and teachings, i.e. the anthroposophical worldview, and then I shall show how Steiner, the founder of Waldorf education, viewed the connection between Anthroposophy and Waldorf education. Subsequently, I shall explicate why and how this connection has been subject to criticism from various sides. Finally, I shall present two ways that try to elucidate this connection and justify it before its critics.","PeriodicalId":480355,"journal":{"name":"Global journal of human social science","volume":"104 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135486922","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The analysis is based on information from 1985 to 2015 and estimates from income equations. Results showed that occupational polarization was more evident for women during the three analyzed decades as these women broadened their participation on labor market regarding occupations that were more abstract and manual, non-routine, as professionals and technicians, in the first group, and domestic services, in the second group. On the other hand, men suffered deep transformations in occupational structure regarding manual and routine activities, from agricultural activities to production and operational ones. It was verified a reduction in inequality in wage distribution with the increase of average wages, although occupations that broadened the demand for labor had relative increase in wages, which suggests polarization in women’s payment.","PeriodicalId":480355,"journal":{"name":"Global journal of human social science","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136193652","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
