{"title":"The Relationship between Compassion and Emotional Exhaustion : Double Mediation of Positive Psychological Capital and Organizational Identification","authors":"Sung-Hoon Ko, Yongjun Choi","doi":"10.37674/ceoms.26.2.11","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37674/ceoms.26.2.11","url":null,"abstract":"본 연구의 목적은 기업 내 구성원들이 경험하는 컴페션이 긍정심리자본을 형성하여 조직 동일시를 통해 감정고갈에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증하는 것이다. 또한 본 연구는 컴페션과 감정고갈의 관계에서 긍정심리자본과 조직 동일시의 이중매개효과를 검증하고 자 한다. 표본은 국내 기업에 근무하는 조직구성원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 342명의 응답자로부터 얻은 자료에 기초하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 구성원들이 경험하는 컴페션이 감정고갈에 미치는 영향은 부(-)의 유의한 관계로 실증되었고, 긍정심리자본에 미치는 영향은 정(+)의 유의한 관계로 실증되었다. 그리고 긍정심리자본이 조직 동일시에 미치는 영향은 정(+)의 관계로, 조직 동일시가 감정고갈에 미치는 영향은 부(-)의 관계로 모두 유의하게 검증되었다. 또한 본 연구결과 긍정심리자본과 조직 동일시의 이중매개효 과 모두 유의한 것으로 실증되어 모든 가설이 지지되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 컴페션을 통한 긍정심리자본 형성 후 공감적 조직문화 형성 및 긍정적 조직문화 형성에 기여한다는 시사점 뿐만 아니라 컴페션과 감정고갈의 관계를 실증했다는 이론적 시사점을 지니게 된다.","PeriodicalId":479866,"journal":{"name":"Journal of CEO and Management Studies","volume":"102 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135988353","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
