Under certain conditions, we construct the general solution and prove that the zero solution x = 0 are unstable. The differential equations of mechanics arises from the variational problems of the laws of nature, thus, the study about stability or the unstability of the special solutions, such as the zero solution, attracts many researchers. The novelty of this paper is that the system we consider is nonautonimous with the vector field being the polynomial of any order and prove that the zero solution is unstable. We choose an interaction between DM and DE with the interacting term, 𝑄 = 3𝐻𝛾𝜌 𝑚 , by considering Tsallis generalized entropy. The exact solutions of the field equations are obtained by using the laws of the Hubble parameter proposed by Berman [1]. The EoS parameter of Tsallis Holographic DE (THDE) is explaining the evolution of the universe as The EoS parameter is Phantom like, Quintessence like and approaches to ΛCDM model. The EoS parameter, Anisotropy Parameter, Deceleration parameter, Total Energy Density parameter are explained by graphical representation in both models. Schistosomiasis is second only to Malaria in terms of impact as the most brutal parasitic disease. There is also presently no vaccine in commercial quantity against the parasite, Schistosoma spp. Thus, the need to explore other control measures. The disease free equilibrium of the model was shown to be locally asymptotically stable if ℛ 𝑐 < 1 , and unstable and if ℛ 𝑐 > 1 .
