The sample used was 100 employees of PT BPR Tanaoba Lais Manekat with a questionnaire instrument. Instrument quality testing is carried out through validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that, H₁ is accepted which means transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. H₂ is accepted which means motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. H₃ is accepted which means transformational leadership and motivation variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Sampling method with incidental sampling (incidental sampling). The number of samples in this study were 33 respondents from an unknown population. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaire and documentation. Data processing techniques with a regression system with the help of SPSS software (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, determinant coefficient test, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) . The results of this study concluded that service quality has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction at Monte Self-Service Stores in Palopo City. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas kesehatan kota palopo. Penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diterapkan dengan menggunakan rumus statistik untuk membantu dalam menganalisa data dan fakta yang diperoleh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo sebanyak 150 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai yang berstatus PNS pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo sebanyak 30 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo.
