Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, daya saing dan memenuhi tuntutan pasien di poli kandungan maka Rumah Sakit memutuskan untuk melakukan pembaharuan alat USG. Rumah sakit yang akan melakukan investasi sebaiknya melakukan studi kelayakan investasi. Studi kelayakan investasi dilakukan mengurangi hambatan dan menentukan potensi masalah yang mungkin terjadi, sehingga mengurangi kemungkinan hasil yang tidak diharapkan. Kebaruan penelitian adalah menganalisis kelayakan investasi pengadaan alat USG (Ultrasonography) 4 dimensi di rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui segmentasi pasar dan kelayakan keuangan terhadap pengadaan alat Ultrasonography di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis pasar penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasien yang melakukan pemeriksaan USG 4 dimensi berusia 20-35 tahun, berpendidikan menengah sampai tinggi, pasien umum dan jaminan mandiri. Pada analisis keuangan menunjukkan hasil bahwa Payback Period tanpa diskonto yaitu 2 tahun 5 bulan, hasil perhitungan Net Present Value sebesar Rp 4.132.079.779, NPV 0, hasil perhitungan PI sebesar 7,51, nilai IRR sebesar 9% dan dalam kondisi normal proyeksi yang diperoleh untuk NPV sebesar Rp 4.132.079.779 dan terjadi penurunan perolehan yang cukup signifikan apabila biaya operasional mengalami kenaikan 5%. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa segmentasi pasar untuk alat ultrasonografi 4 dimensi terdiri dari pasien dengan jaminan madiri, pasien umum, wanita hamil antara usia 20 sampai 35 tahun, dan pendidikan menengah hingga tinggi. Antioxidants can suppress beta cell apoptosis without changing the proliferation of pancreatic beta cells. Antioxidants can bind free radicals so that they can reduce insulin resistance. The novelty of this study was that it examined the effectiveness of ethanol extract from butterfly pea flowers on reducing alloxan-induced male mice blood glucose levels. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the ethanol extract of butterfly pea flowers in reducing alloxan-induced blood glucose levels. The study used an experimental method with 5 treatments on 25 mice, beginning with purposive collection and processing of sample plants, preparation of Simplicia powder, preparation of ethanol extract of butterfly pea flowers, characteristic testing, determination of total ash content, determination of acid insoluble ash content, determination of extract content. Soluble in water, determination of ethanol soluble extract content, determination of water content, phytochemical screening, testing of antidiabetic activity of butterfly pea flower extract induced by alloxan. The examination results contained a total ash content of 5.20%, an acid-insoluble ash content of 1.16%, a water-soluble essence content of 47.94%, and a water content of 3.29%. The results of the compounds in the ethanol extract of butterfly pea flowers are alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and steroids. The results of testing blood glucose levels of ethanol extract of butterfly pea flower (EEBT) at a dose of 200mg/kg bb were known to be effective in reducing blood glucose after being induced by alloxan 150mg/kg bb with glucose levels of 319mg/dL dropping to 104.93mg/dL. Namun, bila berlebihan akan menimbulkan risiko penyakit, seperti diabetes mellitus, stroke, aterosklerosis, dan penyakit jantung koroner. Kadar kolesterol total dapat dikategorikan menjadi normal dibawah 200mg/dl, batas tinggi 200-239 mg/dl. Kolesterol banyak diderita oleh para lansia dikarenakan factor usia yang semakin lama badan akan semakin malas digerakkan. Studi pendahuluan menunjukkan data terdapat 156 lansia yang terkena kolesterol. Terapi non farmakologi dengan pemberian jus buah alpukat dipercaya dapat menurunkan kolesterol. Kebaruan penelitian ini karena peneliti ingin melihat pengaruh pemberian jus alpukat terhadap penurunan kolesterol pada lansia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh jus alpukat terhadap penurunan kolesterol. Pemberian jus alpukat dengan takaran 1 buah alpukat ukuran sedang (300 gr) ditambah air 100 cc dan jus diberikan kepada lansia yang tidak mengkomunikasikan obat penurunan kolesterol diberikan 1 kali/hari setelah makan pagi selama 7 hari berturut-turut kemudian di observasi pengamatan kolesterol pre-test dan kolesterol post-test. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan pre and posttest without control pada jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 orang yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling dan sudah mendapatkan persetujuan etik. Hasil penelitian uji wilcoxon menunjukkan adanya perbedaan nilai pretest kadar kolesterol ≥200 mg/dl sebanyak 20 lansia (100%) dan nilai posttest 17 orang (85%) mengalami penurunan kadar kolesterol, pvalue 0,001 (0,05). Kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh jus alpukat terhadap penurunan kadar kolesterol pada lansia. Kata Kunci : Jus Alpukat; Kadar Kolesterol; Lansia. AbstractCholesterol is a waxy fat compound produced by the body of the liver; some of it is obtained from food. However, if it is excessive, it will pose a risk of diseases such as diabetes mellitus, stroke, atherosclerosis, and coronary heart disease. Total cholesterol levels can be categorized into a standard below 200mg/dl and a high limit of 200-239 mg/dl. Cholesterol is suffered by many older adults because of the age factor that the longer the body will be lazy to move. Preliminary studies showed data on 156 older adults affected by cholesterol. Non-pharmacological therapy with the administration of avocado fruit juice is believed to lower cholesterol. The novelty of this study is that researchers want to see the effect of avocado juice administration on cholesterol reduction in the elderly.
