Dostoevsky. The portal \"Archive of F.M. Dostoevsky\" combines the results of several projects using a single primary data array – digital copies of pages of nineteen handwritten notebooks of F.M. Dostoevsky with corresponding text transcripts (more than 3000 pages). Software interpretation of text markup allows you to interactively identify layers of author's edits. Currently, work is underway to create a corpus of graphic samples, software solutions have been implemented that provide online tools for creating, web publishing and flexibly displaying a library of graphic samples. The database of graphic samples is being updated, the possibilities of viewing and filtering materials are being developed. The problem of similarity assessment is reduced to the problem of similarity assessment of sets of control flow graphs built on the basis of code from classes.dex files. The similarity value is calculated based on the similarity matrix. Control flow graphs are compared using the graph edit distance and Levenshtein distance algorithms. The paper formulated similarity criteria for Android applications, investigated the forms of their representation, types of models, types of methods for building models, types of assessment of similarity of programs and existing solutions. A prototype of the system and auxiliary tools have been developed, the program has been optimised using parallel programming tools. At the same time, there is often a need for stream processing of data in real time. In stream processing, approximate algorithms, which have higher efficiency than exact algorithms, are in high demand, as well as stream state forecasting. In databases, materialized views are used to store query results, but most implementations do not have the ability to update them incrementally. Thus, there is a need in the market for a tool that builds incrementally updated materialized views of streaming data, and also makes it possible to forecast the state of a stream and use approximate algorithms for processing streaming data. In addition, due to the high diversity of streaming data, their sources and algorithms for their processing and forecasting, such a tool should be extensible. The author of the article has developed such a tool. In the article, the architecture and mechanism of functioning of the tool are reviewed. Formalism is an extension of the BNF, in which the names of the concepts used can be accompanied by an indication of foreign concepts from other languages. As a result, it becomes possible to specify parts of the used concept, such as variants of the definition or implicit concepts, up to a syntactic position. The article formulates the basic principles of the formation of virtual exhibitions, namely the approaches to the content selection, the allocation of the main sections, the typification of virtual exhibitions (autonomous, remote combined) is proposed. The methodology of the formation of virtual exhibitions in the MSC RAS is considered. As an example of an interdepartmental combined virtual exhibition containing heterogeneous content, the virtual exhibition \"Madame Penicillin\" dedicated to the penicillin creator Z.V. When program effectiveness is measured directly, the productivity of a complex consisting of a computer, a compiler, and a program is really measured instead of the productivity of programming solutions. These measurements do not fully reflect the contribution of programming solutions. And the functional models can provide a metric scale capable to separate features of programming languages and systems from features of programs and programming solutions. The project started in 2018 under the leadership of the Ibragimov Institute of Language, Literature and Art of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan. The aim of the project is to create and develop a multifunctional electronic collection of Tatar language 4 dictionaries. The sources of the fund are language guides (previously presented only in paper form), created in previous years at the Institute of Language, Literature and Art. The fund contains dictionaries of various types: explanatory, bilingual and multilingual, general and particular, aspect. At the moment the collection contains 49 dictionaries. In this case, each co-author of the publication receives the same number of points for it. A similar ranking method leads to an artificial increase in the number of co-authors in our publications. This leads to a distortion of ratings, and to a significant decrease in the quality of thematic search. The method presented in the paper allows us to evaluate the contribution of the author to his published works.
