Melibatkan 26 mahasiswa dari Program Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia di UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, menunjukkan respon positif terhadap penggunaan Nearpod sebagai media pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Mayoritas siswa memiliki pengetahuan tentang Nearpod dan menyadari dampak positifnya pada berbagai aspek pembelajaran. Fitur interaktif, kemudahan akses, dan berbagai mode pembelajaran yang ditawarkan Nearpod berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pengalaman belajar mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data melalui observasi kelas dan wawancara dengan guru yang memiliki pengalaman dalam menerapkan strategi manajemen kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sangat penting dalam mengaplikasikan strategi manajemen kelas yang efektif. Guru berperan sebagai pemimpin kelas yang mampu menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif, memberikan panduan yang jelas, dan memfasilitasi interaksi yang positif antara siswa.Kemudian, guru juga bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola waktu pembelajaran, memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif, dan memotivasi siswa untuk aktif berpartisipasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peran guru dalam mengaplikasikan strategi manajemen kelas yang efektif untuk meningkatkan partisipasi siswa. Guru perlu memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang strategi-strategi tersebut dan mampu mengadaptasinya sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa. So in the process of providing education, an institution must not only focus on providing adequate physical facilities and routines, but it must also fulfill the students' inner needs by preparing professional educational staff so that they can create a good learning atmosphere. fun in class and has a special skill called classroom management. This research aims to describe the concept of classroom management in education. The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach model, then concluded descriptively. The research results show that classroom management is a learning approach technique carried out by teachers to students according to the way they interpret classroom management itself. In general, it must be based on the principles of enthusiasm, warmth, variety, more emphasis on positive things, full of challenges, and instilling a spirit of discipline and flexibility. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Survei dengan teknik korelasional dan regresi. Sampel yang digunakan dari populasi terjangkau diambil 80 sampel penelitian menggunakan proposional random sampling dari kelas IX MTs swasta di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan pemberian tes dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data terdiri dari pengujian instrument penelitian dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai bulan Juni 2023. One of these technologies is Wizer. me, which in its journey has become a learning medium for students, but some teachers still don't know how to use it, so the purpose of this study is to describe the use of Wizer. me Learning Media in Improving Students' Mufradat Memorization at MTs Negeri 6 Boyolali (Competency Training for Arabic Language Teachers). The method used is field qualitative and uses observation techniques, interviews, and documentation when collecting data. Then analyzed the data and concluded. One of the many research methods that has developed over time is classroom action research. This article seeks to explore in-depth matters related to classroom action research or PTK. The research design used in the study of this article is to use a qualitative approach with a literature study method of literature relevant to the topic of study then descriptive data analysis. The results of the study reveal that classroom action research is a practical effort from teachers, practitioners, and other researchers to improve, improve quality, and evaluate learning in the classroom. The principles of PTK are carried out in a natural environment, self-awareness for performance improvement, the use of SWOT analysis can be done as a basis for action, and following the SMART principle in planning. Multiculturalism in principle is building oneself, the nation and the state without feeling as a burden and obstacle, but based on the bonds of unity, oneness and togetherness as well as mutual respect, respect, tolerance and cooperation in building an Indonesia that is advanced, safe, peaceful, peaceful, harmonious and prosperous. The importance of multicultural education in Indonesia is as an alternative means of conflict resolution, students are expected not to leave their cultural roots, and multicultural education is very relevant to use for the existing democracy as it is now. Multiculturalism in education that is developed has relevance to the Indonesian context, namely having the motto Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. This motto can accommodate proportionally, normatively and democratically for the Indonesian nation.
