Terdapat tiga faktor atau variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yakni brand image, harga dan promosi yang secara teoritis merupakan variabel yang dipertimbangkan konsumen. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan pendekatan accidental sampling. Sedangkan jumlah sampel ditentukan rumus lemeshow (p = 50% dan d = 8%) diperoleh sejumlah 150 sampal. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengumpulan data utama dilakukan dengan kuesioner skala likert. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa brand image, harga, dan promosi masing-masing memberikan pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pengaruh bersama atau secara simultan dari ketiga variabel tersebut cukup rendah yaitu 40,40% atau dengan perkataan lain, masih lebih banyak pengaruh faktor lain terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen untuk membeli produk frozen food So Good. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling dan menggunakan metode Nonprobability Sampling dan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linier berganda. Pengujian secara parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel independent Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, sedangkan variabel Citra Merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Jenis penelitian tersebut merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik penentuan sampel pada penelitian menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode Accidental. Dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner secara online menggunakan google form 100 sampel, yaitu konsumen produk Skincare Skintific. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Skinitific sedangkan Harga dan Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Skintific. Selanjutnya hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel independent (Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Promosi) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependent (Keputusan Pembelian). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling, menggunakan metode Nonprobability Sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SEM PLS diolah dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Kualitas Produk dan Brand Awareness berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Ulang, sedangkan variabel Suasana Cafe dan Kepercayaan Merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Ulang. Kualitas Produk, Suasana Cafe, dan Brand Awareness secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Ulang melalui Kepercayaan Merek sebagai variabel intervening. Hasil R-Square Adjusted 1 sebesar 0,639 artinya variabel Minat Beli Ulang sebesar 63,9% dipengaruhi oleh Kualitas Produk, Suasana Cafe, dan Brand Awareness, sedangkan 36,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. The sampling method used is purposive sampling and obtained samples of 65 companies with a number of observations of as much as 325 from the Consumer Non-Cyclical Company Listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2021. The data analysis method used was Partial Least Square - Structure Equation Modeling with a two-stage approach model using the SmartPLS 3.2.9. The test results show that liquidity, profitability, leverage, activity, and turnover of inventories have no effect on profit growth at the Consumer Non-Cyclical Company Listed. This study used a sample of 79 students with probability sampling using saturation sampling. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Smart PLS Software program. Testing the direct effect shows that the Learning Facilities variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Learning Outcomes, while the Teacher Competency variable on Learning Outcomes, Learning Facilities on Learning Motivation and the Teacher Competency variable on Learning Motivation have a positive and significant effect. The variables Teacher Competence on Learning Outcomes and Learning Motivation on Learning Outcomes have a positive and insignificant effect. Furthermore, the influence of the Learning Motivation variable in mediating Learning Facilities and Teacher Competence on student learning outcomes is directly positive and not significant. R-Square Adjusted Model = 0.054, meaning that the ability of variables X1 (Learning Facilities) and X2 (Teacher Competence) in explaining Y (Learning Outcomes) is 5.4% thus the model is classified as weak.
