As a result, the information on social media applications can quickly spread to a large number of individuals. Therefore, social media has become a communication channel that assists employers and businesses in finding and attracting young talent. Vice versa, it also helps people looking for jobs with career orientation. This article will focus on analyzing the main contents of career orientations on TikTok, one of the most popular social media apps today, for students. Alongside the positive aspects of information dissemination, there is still a prevalence of subjective and misleading information regarding careers and job choices on current social media apps. The article will identify the general viewpoints of students on career orientation on TikTok, point out the differences in views among students between three majors, and propose solutions to help them receive selective and accurate career orientation information on social media apps like TikTok. This is a research topic that addresses practical needs as an increasing number of young people today choose social media apps as a place for sharing, learning, and career orientation in the future.","PeriodicalId":473385,"journal":{"name":"VNU Journal of Science: Policy and Management Studies","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135246720","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the long run, this approach will provide new and better job prospects for employees. However, for social science researchers, \"unemployment due to technological innovation\" is a source of concern because the transition process for jobless individuals to find new occupations can be lengthy, particularly for the group of untrained, low-skilled employees. The purpose of this study is to present a summary of prominent concepts used domestic and international scholars and researchers to explain the impact of technology on workers' employment dynamics. The study uses a conceptual approach through a review of related documents to analyze the impact of technology in general and digital transformation in particular on employment in general. In the context of the fourth industrial revolution, the article also illuminates discussions regarding altering the nature of work, particularly those pertaining to employment polarization and unemployment brought on by labor technology.

Therefore, Vietnam's main objectives during the process of national construction and growth are maritime security in particular and the safeguarding of the integrity of its land, sea, and airspace. Vietnam consistently emphasizes cooperation with regional nations to achieve this objective in particular. According to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea 1958, Vietnam shares maritime borders with China and Cambodia, and shares continental shelf boundaries with China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia and Thailand. Currently, according to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) in 1982, the boundary of Vietnam's exclusive economic zone and continental shelf is expanded and adjacent to many countries. Besides the well-defined sea areas with neighboring countries (Thailand, Indonesia), Vietnam is still negotiating some of the remaining sea ares with China, Malaysia and Cambodia. Among the countries with which Vietnam has completed negotiations on maritime delimitation, the cooperation between Vietnam and Indonesia on maritime delimitation is very important, creating a premise for a clearer maritime boundary delimitation with other countries and contributing to promoting the development of the Vietnam - Indonesia Strategic Partnership to a new level. This article will present and analyze the cooperation relationship on maritime delimitation between Vietnam and Indonesia from the perspective of international studies.","PeriodicalId":473385,"journal":{"name":"VNU Journal of Science: Policy and Management Studies","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135200033","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results of structural equation model (SEM) and using multi-group analysis with a research sample of 475 lecturers in economics universities in Vietnam show that two groups of publication types (international publications and publications in domestic journals) have different impacts on the relationship of expectancy, instrumentality, valence with research motivation. Motivation for international publications is higher than publications in domestic journals. In both publication types, the variables \"external means\", \"external value\", and \"internal value\" have no effect on research motivation, while the variable \"internal means\" has a beneficial impact. \"Expectation\", however, has a negative impact on research motivation with international publication activities, whereas this variable has a favorable impact on research motivation with domestic publication. This is also distinct from many studies conducted in other countries around the world about research motivation. This is an important point in proposing legislative documents and suitable management methods in order to increase lecturers’ research motivation, especially in international publication.

This paradigm shift presents potential as an effective approach to addressing environmental and societal needs, while simultaneously fostering economic growth. It is widely acknowledged that innovation is a crucial tool in achieving a CE. This article elucidates the concept of innovation towards a CE by analyzing the existing concepts. Moreover, the article also clarifies forms of innovation towards a CE, encompassing four aspects: product innovation, process innovation, organizational innovation, and marketing innovation.

During the COVID-19 pandemic recovery era, electronic newspapers are an important channel for the tourism industry to promote information and tourism services, as well as position the industry. How have electronic newspapers contributed to tourism promotion? From June 2022 to June 2023, a survey was conducted with 455 news articles from four electronic newspapers: Quang Ninh, Tien Phong, Lao Dong, and Thanh Nien, using the quantitative method of analyzing newspaper content with an analysis code table to answer the above research question within the scope of tourism promotion in Quang Ninh province. From the survey results, the authors initially identified the current situation and proposed solutions to improve the quality of advertising on electronic newspapers because Quang Ninh has such rich tourism resources, unique potential, and outstanding opportunities to develop all types of tourism, contributing to the overall growth of the tourism industry.
