Informasi terkait kinerja lembaga-lembaga zakat di Indonesia dapat diperoleh dari channel YouTubenya, misalnya channel YouTube Lazismu Pusat. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis secara kualitatif profil dan kolom-kolom yang ada pada channel YouTube Lazismu Pusat. Metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa channel YouTube Lazismu Pusat memiliki profil dengan jumlah subscriber sebanyak 2.11K dan 396 postingan video. Channel YouTube Lazismu Pusat memiliki sembilan kolom seperti kebanyakan channel Youtube yang lain. Dari sembilan kolom, hanya delapan kolom (home, videos, shorts, live, community, channels, about dan search) yang dapat dianalisis secara eksploratif. The graduating students have the ability to master the yellow book. Over time, Islamic boarding schools have experienced rapid development. Currently, Islamic boarding schools have formal educational institutions from early childhood education to tertiary level. The number of students continues to increase until it reaches three thousand. Under these conditions, quality management is needed in learning the yellow book so that the superiority of Islamic boarding schools as producers of students who are literate in the book can be maintained. This research aims to determine the quality management process in yellow book learning for Madrasah Tsanawiyah and Aliyah students. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the quality management process of yellow book learning is carried out in three stages, namely quality planning, quality control and quality improvement. Quality planning is carried out by determining graduate competency standards that must be mastered by students, identifying new students, identifying the needs of new students, designing the curriculum, system and daily schedule for learning the yellow book. Quality control is carried out by assessing the competency of students in mastering the yellow book, comparing these results with the competency standards of graduating students and adopting policies based on the results of the assessment. This research uses a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data was obtained from national and international journals and reference books over the last 10 years. Data analysis is carried out by collecting data, describing it into units, carrying out synthesis, compiling patterns and making conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the traditional understanding of the hijab and women's clothing in Islam according to Shahrur has been misunderstood and practiced. Al-Quran verses that are often quoted to support Muslim women's obligation to wear the hijab, such as Surah An-Nur verse 31, are not intended to suppress or limit women, but rather to protect them from potential violence and sexual objectification in society at that time. The method used in this research is qualitative with case studies as the approach. In this research, the methods of observation, interviews and documentation on the subject and those closest to the subject were used as data collection techniques. The subject in this research was a 12-year-old child from the Sapen Muhammadiyah Elementary School, Kraton branch, who was detected to have mild mental retardation, with slow comprehension abilities (slow learner) based on the results of psychological tests. The research results show that the development of religiosity that occurs in subjects has certain characteristics based on the characteristics of their special needs.
