Thus, in practice, in a terminal condition, a doctor may or may not perform an act that may result in the death of a patient in accordance with the written request of the patient/family. This dilemmatic condition requires legal certainty in order to uphold justice and humanity as well as legal protection. The problems are 1) How is passive euthanasia applied for terminal patients? 2) How is legal certainty in the application of euthanasia in Indonesia? 3) How is the implementation of euthanasia that meets the community's sense of justice? To answer these problems, a research using normative juridical methods is needed through primary data collection in the form of empirical data from interviews and filling out questionnaires about knowledge and level of agreement on euthanasia. Secondary data in the form of research on primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. 8The results of the study show that the implementation of regulations in the Act and Ministerial Regulations that lead to the implementation of euthanasia has so far been applied, especially to terminal patients. However, the legal certainty of the act has not been clearly described because there are rules that are not in line. Euthanasia cannot be equated with ordinary homicide. To fulfill justice and humanity as well as legal protection, euthanasia regulations are needed in a harmonious positive law","PeriodicalId":472228,"journal":{"name":"Eduvest","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135202111","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Clerics agree that a daughter born out of wedlock, then she is given to her mother, not her father biologically. However, what about in the pronunciation of ijab-qabul? Do girls still have to be given to their mothers? Then, if that happens wouldn't it be a container for dismantling family disgrace? So, this journal was written to find a definitive answer to the unrest experienced by children who were \"victims\" of their parents' dark past. This research is a library research study with a quantitative method approach. To make it easier to conduct this research, it is necessary to collect data related to \"Evaluation of the Dimensions and Thickness of the Adi Soemarmo Surakarta Airport Apron Pavement Using the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) Method\". Data on air traffic movements is needed in performing the role or designing the pavement thickness of airport airside facilities. Data on aircraft movements is needed in forecasting the growth rate of aircraft at airports. It takes at least 10 years or at least the last 5 years to forecast the movement of the aircraft. The results of the calculation of apron dimensions were obtained by 560 m × 135 m while the dimensional conditions of the existing apron were 420 m × 135 m. One of the sub-sectors in agriculture is the livestock sub-sector where the activities are in the form of livestock commodity management. In fulfilling consumer demand, the form of regulation in the meat supply chain also aims to benefit the links involved. Therefore, there is a need for approach to the supply chain system in the form of an approach to find out the product flow, financial flow, information flow, because this will affect the decision making of the existing chain. The snowball sampling technique was used for sampling the links involved in the beef supply chain in Kupang City. The method used in this research is to use the survey method. The survey phase was carried out to collect primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews and filling out questionnaires by respondents.
