However, there still needs to be more competence and training in schools. This study aims to analyze teacher competency development through on-the-job training. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of a case study at SDIT Lan Tabur Purwodadi. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were principals and teachers. Data analysis techniques with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and data verification. The results showed that through on-the-job training, teacher competence could develop well, teacher pedagogic competence develops in managing learning in the classroom, and teacher social competence is also well developed and can provide a foundation for social problems in schools. Teacher personality competence develops with on-the-job training, but it is different from the professional competence of teachers, which is less developed due to the lack of teachers conducting research and the use of technology, which still needs to be improved. This is because the facilities and infrastructure at SDIT Lan Tabur Purwodadi need to be improved. Through on-the-job training, teacher competence becomes very developed. The research method used is qualitative. The primary data source is in the form of observations and interviews with three information, namely the stationary manager, program head (producer) and broadcaster while the secondary data source is in the form of informant documents and literature studies. The results showed that based on the application of Susan Tyler Eastman's theory, the strategy applied by Smart FM Makassar radio was maximized. It has recently come to light that not all Islamic schools in Indonesia can adhere to these standards. This study aims to highlight how principals of Indonesian Islamic Schools promote the academic professionalism of teachers and other educational staff members. In the context of the study of Islamic leadership, it incorporates the idea that the essential leadership talent is instructional leadership. It is associated with the core skillsets of assessment, unity of purpose, diversity, reflection, professional development, curriculum and instruction, instructional leadership, visionary leadership, learning community, organizational management, collaboration, and professionalism. This qualitative research uses a descriptive case study approach to provide a detailed description of the phenomenon under study. Using a purposive sampling technique, data collection involved representatives from public and private Madrasah Aliyah (MA) institutions in Parepare, Indonesia. Our study found the core understanding of academic professionalism emphasizes professional development, social service, competence, and responsibility, requiring the support of a proper institutional outcome plan. It provides evidence that the leadership style of principals influences the academic professionalism of teachers and educational staff, directly contributing to school quality. The purpose of the study was to determine the nature of the existence of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, and to find out the Resolution of Failed Banks by LPS After the Issuance of the Law on the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector. The method used is the method of writing law. The government wants the P2SK Law to be the first step in financial sector reform. LPS is domiciled as part of the financial safety net that can minimize the adverse impact of the banking crisis. The use of TQM in the service business issue has been studied. This research explores the key challenges and implementation strategy for the whole quality management of the Egypt’s economic condition as a research subject. This paper based on qualitative method and uses several factors to describe, such as, the mission and vision, sustainable development and improvement, effective leadership, and information systems etc. The results revealed that there are multiple obstacles, procedure; mechanism must be resolved on the Egypt’s management universities. Central decision-making, no innovation and routine and administrative complexities that weaken work and performance. The TQM application needs an extraordinarily adequate budget, the administrators, workers, do not use acceptable development and improvement methods, adopting an information system on traditional methods. Overall analysis suggests that the use of TQM characteristics in higher education in Egypt still presents obvious weaknesses. Elections are a form of political participation as an embodiment of people's sovereignty, because at the time of voting, the people become the most decisive party for the political process in an area by voting directly. This study aims to determine whether the influence of the Political Marketing Mix on the decision to choose repeat voters in General Elections in Indonesia (a case study on FEB students, Universitas Riau). This study applied quantitative research method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the test equipment using Warp PLS 7.0. The number of samples to be taken as many as 145 respondents with purposive sampling method. The data was collected by distributing online questionnaires. The idea of Shaḥrūr can beused as a method of interpreting the Qur'ān in this era of globalization so that Muslims can continue to adapt to the times. This paper is written using a library research model, because the objects of study are things related to various literature literature. This research uses a philosophical-hermeneutical method that is included in the qualitative approach, which intends to understand phenomena about the object of study, with the method of description in the form of words and language (narrative). Shaḥrūr introduced a linguistic approach called al-manhaj al-tarīkhī. Initially, he combined the linguistic methods of Abū 'Alī al-Fārisī, Ibn Jinnī, and 'Abd al-Qadīr al-Jurjāni. But eventually Shaḥrūr concluded the absence of synonyms in Arabic and Shaḥrūr also made Mu'jam Maqāyis al-Lughah by Ibn Fāris, one of the adherents of the absence of synonymity, his mandatory reference. It was this absence of synonymity that later became one of the principles of the Shaḥrūr method of interpretation.
