Low hemoglobin levels can be caused by the use of pesticides, which are toxic chemicals and are often used by farmers to eradicate pests in the agricultural sector. Exposure to pesticides in the body causes the binding of sulfhemoglobin and methemoglobin which causes a low amount of hemoglobin in red blood cells, resulting in anemia. The aim of this research was to determine hemoglobin levels in citrus fruit farmers using pesticides in Karangwidoro village, Dau subdistrict, Malang regency. This research is descriptive research with purposive sampling technique. The population was 76 farmers and 22 samples of farmers were male. Hemoglobin levels are checked using the Easy Touch Hemoglobin tool. The normal value for hemoglobin levels is 13.0 g/dL-17.0 g/dL. The research results showed that hemoglobin levels in citrus fruit farmers using pesticides ranged from an average of 14.9 g/dL, the lowest value was 11.5 g/dL, and the highest value was 18.0 g/dL. The conclusion in this study is that almost all farmers who use pesticides have hemoglobin levels within normal limits. The suggestion for this research is to add a series of complete blood profile examinations such as erythrocytes, hematocrit, leukocytes and platelets. However, the waste bank in Bogares Kidul remains underutilized, as trash continues throw away without any sorting process. Sorting waste behavior is a behavior that involves the categorization and separation of waste by type that presents a potential solution to the waste processing challenges in Bogares Kidul. Consequently, a waste sorting training program held involving 26 participants who are PKK cadre members with an average age of 42.5 years. The research encompasses a series of critical steps, including needs analysis, the formulation of approaches and objectives, training program design, and subsequent implementation and evaluation. Evaluation procedures involve assessing participants' knowledge, attitudes, and abilities through questionnaires and their practical skills through hands-on exercises. Furthermore, PKK cadre members as role models play a pivotal role in enhancing motivation among local families and residents, fostering the practice of waste sorting, and ultimately optimizing waste processing efforts in the community. So far, many students still think that hard skills are the determining variable for success in the world of work, and tend to underestimate soft skills. Student Leadership Training (DKM) activities organized by the Student Executive Board and Biology Study Program Student Association, FMIPA, University of Islam Malang, aim to provide knowledge and understanding of the importance of developing soft skills for students. This activity held on Saturday, 27 May 2023. A total of 51 students participated in the activity. This activity was carried out on the providing material on the importance of developing students' soft skills, followed by a discussion session. To evaluate the effectiveness of the activity, a questionnaire was used in the form of a Google form which had to be filled out before delivering the discussion material (pre-test) and afterward (post-test). Descriptive data analysis in the form of a pie chart that represents knowledge and changes in student perceptions about soft skills. The evaluation results in the form of six key questions show that there is an increase in students' knowledge of the importance of developing soft skills which will be useful for completing studies and being successful in the world of work. The development of soft skills must be carried out in the world of higher education which can be developed in curricular, extra-curricular, and non-curricular activities, as the main complement to the development of hard skills that have been developed in curricular activities. The problem with partners is less than optimal sales transactions, a difficult economy and a lack of knowledge to be able to increase purchasing power for this culinary specialty. Therefore, activities need to be carried out to increase people's purchasing power for culinary products produced by the UKM community. One way is to provide training in vegetable garnishing and fruit carving. Through this training activity, the appearance of culinary products can be made more attractive and can increase the selling value of culinary products. So the partner problems that must be addressed are the knowledge and skills aspect as well as the management aspect. The knowledge and skills aspect includes knowledge about selecting garnish ingredients, namely vegetables and carving (fruit) as well as the practice of making garnishes and carving. Management aspects include financial management and digital marketing. In this activity, partners are given training on making garnishes and carvings, applying garnishes and carvings to food products and evaluation is carried out using pre-test and post-test methods. Based on the evaluation results, it shows that the average pre-test score is 80.65; while the post test score was 87.78. This shows that after the training was held there was an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in making garnishes and carving. Therefore, by providing socialization about making fertilizer from organic waste and animal waste, it can increase the added value of organic waste and animal waste and help the community increase plant productivity. Organic fertilizer is very good for plants because it can provide nutrients for plants. Its use can simultaneously loosen barren soil, increase porosity, aeration and the composition of microorganisms in the soil. Organic fertilizer is also useful for increasing the soil's water holding capacity so that it can store ground water longer. The process of making organic fertilizer can be done by decomposing or fermenting organic waste by planting it in a hole in the ground or a large pot and then filling it with soil, then the organic waste will naturally turn into organic fertilizer. Therefore, optimal entrepreneurial skills assistance through community service programs is very important to do. This study aims to equip intellectually disabled students of Special Senior High School Purwosari Kudus with entrepreneurial skills and be able to be economically independent by training the students with entrepreneurial skills focusing on culinary art, batik making, and motorcycle washing using animated learning tutorials. The methods used as a solution to overcome the problem are (1) socialization, (2). entrepreneurship skills training with animated tutorials (3). Giving assistance to teachers and students in practicing entrepreneurship skills in the classroom and (4) empowerment. The results of this community service showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of students and teachers of SLB Pruwosari Kudus related to entrepreneurial skills in culinary art, batik making, and motorcycle washing after being given entrepreneurial skills training using animated tutorials.
