В статье представлены возможные варианты проведения диагностики антиобщественной пози- ции путем применения патопсихологических методик. В связи со сложностью определения данного феномена при подборе методик мы основывались на составляющих психологической структуры личности: направленности личности, индивидуально-типологических особенностях, возможностях личности, психических процессах, системе саморегуляции. Использование патопсихологических ме- тодик при обследовании несовершеннолетних осужденных имеет большое значение для выявления отклонений и нарушений в психическом развитии, которые могли послужить формированию анти- общественных позиций. The antisocial position of adolescents is one of the factors contributing to the commission of various crimes against the person and against property by these persons. In the article the author presents possible options for diagnosing an antisocial position through the use of pathopsychological techniques. Due to the complexity of defining this phenomenon, when selecting methods, we relied on the components of the psychological structure of the personality: the orientation of the personality, individual typological features, the capabilities of the personality, mental processes, and the system of self-regulation. Василенко","doi":"10.51522/2307-0382-2023-250-3-8-18","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51522/2307-0382-2023-250-3-8-18","url":null,"abstract":"В статье рассматриваются вопросы законодательного закрепления определения безопасности уголовно-исполнительной системы Российской Федерации в целом и личной безопасности сотрудника; анализируются меры организационно-правового характера обеспечения безопасности персонала УИС, определенные законодательством Российской Федерации; внешние и внутренние факторы, которые влияют на безопасность сотрудников пенитенциарных учреждений. Отмечаются проблемы, связанные с нововведениями при приеме на службу, которые усложняют процедуру трудоустройства на должности младшего начальствующего состава, вследствие чего офицерский состав в исправительном учреждении вынужден брать на себя ряд не свойственных для данной категории сотрудников УИС обязанностей. Также для повышения уровня безопасности автор указывает на необходимость технической оснащенности сотрудников ИУ, проведения занятий по служебно-боевой подготовке, изучения нормативных правовых актов, строгого соблюдения законности при обращении с лицами, отбывающими уголовные наказания, а также законного применения мер личной безопасности сотрудников ИУ при работе с осужденными. The article deals with the issues of legislative consolidation of the definition of the security of the penal system in general and the personal security of the employee of the penal system; measures of organizational and legal nature of ensuring the security of the personnel of the penal system, determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation, are analyzed; external and internal factors that affect the security of prison staff. There are problems associated with innovations in recruitment, which complicate the procedure for employment in the positions of junior commanding staff, as a result of which the officers in the correctional institution are forced to take on a number of duties unusual for this category of employees of the penal system. Важная роль в решении данных задач отводится образовательным организациям ФСИН России. В статье исследуются вопросы методического обеспечения и педагогических возможностей прове- дения учебных занятий по специальным дисциплинам на примере курса «Инженерно-технические средства охраны и надзора». Автором фрагментарно приводится свой вариант организации практи- ко-ориентированного учебного занятия-соревнования. В качестве подтверждения гипотезы о развитии устойчивой мотивации к дальнейшей службе и интереса к предмету приводятся данные проведенного опроса. Выделяются проблемные моменты в методическом и дидактическом обеспечении преподавания курса. В дальнейшем считаем возможным применение результатов нашего исследования в учебной и на- учной деятельности образовательных организаций ФСИН России. The Concept for the Development of the Penal System of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030, within the framework of ensuring security, provides for equipping institutions with modern technical means of protection and supervision, creating a methodological and technological basis for the formation and development of certain competencies of employees. An important role in solving these problems is assigned to educational organizations of the FPS of Russia. The article examines the issues of methodological support and pedagogical opportunities for conducting training sessions in special disciplines on the example of the course «Engineering and technical means of protection and supervision». The author fragmentarily provides his own version of the organization of a practiceoriented training session-competition. As confirmation of the hypothesis about the development of sustainable motivation for further service and interest in the subject, the data of the survey are given. Problematic moments are highlighted in the methodological and didactic support, teaching the course.
