Most maternal and newborn complications and deaths occur during the labor period. This happens because the assistance is provided by health workers who do not have midwifery (professional) competence. This study aims to identify factors that contribute to the low level of delivery assistance by health workers in the Bibida Community Health Center working area. In 2021, 56.3 percent of births will be assisted by health workers, and 32% will be at the Bibida Community Health Center. Quantitative research was conducted using a cross-sectional analytical design. The research was conducted in the Bibida Community Health Center working area in Paniai Regency, Central Papua, from October 2023 to November 2023. This research involved all mothers who had just given birth who were in the Bibida Community Health Center working area during July, August and September. The total population technique was used to collect 35 samples. Use of computerization to process univariate and bivariate data. Research resultdelivery assistance by non-health workers 62.9% andculture does not support 51.4%. With p value=0.000, the results of statistical analysis show that there is a socio-cultural relationship. It is recommended that pregnant women give birth at health workers and in health facilities. In addition, it is important for midwives to work together with local community leaders and related sectors in encouraging people to give birth with health workers.","PeriodicalId":470181,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Approach Research and Science","volume":"192 S544","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140256035","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In these conditions, many business world phenomena often ignore environmental and social problems. To support this problem, a concept is needed. This concept is called a sustainability report. The aims of this research is to analyze the influence of financial performances, firm size, and company age on the disclosure of non-financial companies' sustainability reports. This research uses a quantitative data in the form of secondary data: financial reports of companies obtained from the IDX. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method and the sample for this research includes 10 companies. This hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression tests using SPSS version 26 software. The partial test results show that profitability has an influence on sustainability report disclosure, while firm size and company age do not influence sustainability report disclosure.","PeriodicalId":470181,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Approach Research and Science","volume":"42 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139960472","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of public administration digitalization on corruption, utilizing a comparative and correlative research analysis. The study also investigates the clustering of e-government practices in the EU using Gaussian Mixture Models. The methodology employed includes an extensive review of existing literature on e-government maturity models, benchmark frameworks, and national concepts of public administration informatization. Data from authoritative sources such as the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI), E-Government Benchmark reports, and national reports, including Slovakia's National Concept of Public Administration Informatization, contribute to a robust analysis. Results reveal the nuanced relationship between public administration digitalization and corruption levels in EU member states. Clustering based on Gaussian Mixture Models provides insights into the diverse landscape of e-government practices. Furthermore, the study compares the digitalization progress of Slovakia and the Czech Republic, shedding light on the challenges and successes of these nations in implementing e-government services. In conclusion, the findings underscore the significance of e-government in shaping transparent and efficient public administrations. Recommendations include fostering international collaboration to share best practices and addressing shortcomings in e-government policy implementation. The research implications extend to policymakers, researchers, and practitioners, offering valuable insights for advancing e-government development. This study contributes to the ongoing discourse on e-government, aligning with the global effort towards sustainable development and digital governance. As governments strive to provide citizen-centric digital services, understanding the intricacies of e-government practices becomes imperative for informed decision-making and policy formulation.","PeriodicalId":470181,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Approach Research and Science","volume":" 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139788520","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
