We visit the doctor for a regular checkup at specific intervals. The doctor asks for a record of BP to review the medicine. Generally, we write our BP records on paper and carry them to show the doctor. There are a couple of disadvantages in this procedure. At first, most of the time, we did not find our paper at the time of the doctor's visit. Sometimes, the doctor is not able to read the handwriting. The doctor needs more time to estimate the high, low, and average BP record till the last visit. Sometimes, doctors prefer the BP curve. However, this procedure is more challenging. If any one of the events does not happen as expected, the treatment might go wrong. We need a good solution for the above all. We have the strength of various matured technologies. Applying those, we can solve the above situation quickly.\u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: Now, the solution is to record our BP data electronically rather than handwritten so that doctors can understand it easily. To store the bp data, we use a database. We will use a cloud database so that it can be accessible from anywhere. We can use a PC or mobile application to enter the BP data. We must enter the current reading whenever we measure BP using the apps. That is it. The application does the rest of the process.\u0000Findings/Result: As we describe, the procedure is primarily hectic. To enter bp data by opening is a time-consuming task. However, once familiar to us, it has excellent benefits. Once they adopt it, it will become a user-friendly tool to manage the BP data.\u0000Originality/Value: Several procedures are available to store and display the BP record. The smartwatch is a generic device that stores the data inside the application and then displays it according to our needs. However, it has serious drawbacks; in some ranges ( as observed in the high range), it does not provide an accurate value. Here, we are capturing the bp data from a dedicated bp instrument, which we can consider a reliable data source. Our application aims to provide as accurate data as possible to the doctors who need information. So, the application provides actual value to the user.\u0000Paper Type: Conceptual Research.","PeriodicalId":470158,"journal":{"name":"International journal of case studies in business, IT, and education","volume":"24 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139603075","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a result of the increased risk exposure of the economically disadvantaged, micro-insurance has become a crucial step in this direction. India's insurance market has a low penetration rate, but the situation is significantly worse among those with lower incomes in the population. Insurance companies have had trouble grabbing the interest of their target market despite the possibility that insurance could provide risk protection to this group. The successful implementation of micro-insurance, however, faces a variety of challenges on both the supply and demand sides. This paper aims to study the crucial role that microinsurance plays in fostering equitable and long-term economic growth in India as well as the challenges associated with implementing microinsurance in the unorganized sector. Design/Methodology/Approach: The research methodology employed in this study is primarily based on the utilization of secondary data collected by IRDA reports, case studies, insurance company websites, and pertinent books, articles in the insurance field, and other government websites being used. Findings: The study reveals that introducing micro-insurance into the unorganized sector faces substantial challenges, necessitating a comprehensive approach that includes education, awareness development, transparency measures, and insurance product modification. Overcoming these obstacles is critical to providing financial security and stability to the unorganized sector. Several voice command services are available. Among them, Alexa from Amazon is the most popular. Almost Every day, vendors are integrating Alexa into their new products worldwide. We need physical devices for the device operation or understanding of the process flow of Alexa. Sometimes, physical devices are costly, or availability is poor. Here, we demonstrated how to create a simulated Alexa-enabled IoT device. We used several Amazon cloud services to execute the process flow. Alexa's skill is developed inside the Alexa developer console. To process the command, we use the AWS Lambda function. AWS IoT cloud service is used to trigger IoT devices over MQTT. For simulated devices, we are using a C# MQTT client. The researcher trying to simulate an Alexa-enabled device into their project can get some reference information from this work. Design/Methodology/Approach: We create a graphical user interface (GUI) to interact with the user or display the device's status. The GUI is connected with the C# AWS IoT Device Shadow client. We created IoT Things in the AWS cloud. Under the IoT Shadow, we created a Device shadow. The Alexa service triggers the lambda function. The Lambda function updates the Shadow register, which resides inside the cloud. The c# shadow client receives a notification when the device Shadow updates and updates the GUI element that represents the equipment. We can use any Alexa device to send voice commands, like the Alexa mobile app, Echo Dot, or Alexa PC app. Findings/Result: Through this research work, we created and tested virtual devices that can be experiments or research work using Alexa voice commands. It has been tested for a long time. It performed well, and no issue was found. Using more code-level protection it can be robust for practical implementation. Originality/Value: We found several fragmented documents over the web to implement Alexa-enabled virtual devices. After lots of study, we did practical and included the procedure in this research work. From voice input to load trigger, there are lots of steps involved.
