It is a broad field encompassing many different techniques and has been applied to a vast range of technologies. A widely used approach in this field is trend extrapolation. Based on the literature available to us, there has been little or no attempt made to systematically review the empirical evidence on quantitative trend extrapolation techniques. This study attempts to close this gap by conducting a systematic review of the technology forecasting literature addressing the application of quantitative trend extrapolation techniques. We identified 25 studies relevant to the objective of this research and classified the techniques used in the studies into different categories, among which the growth curves and time series methods were shown to remain popular over the past decade while the newer methods, such as machine learning-based hybrid models, have emerged in recent years. Despite good intentions, problems with near-miss management emerged. These included: a limited reporting rate of near misses, information fraud, the risk of being distorted or lost, and insufficient information sharing among construction stakeholders. These issues have an adverse impact on the effectiveness of near-miss management. Blockchain has the potential to be a reliable platform for near-miss management due to its decentralization, immutability, transparency, and autonomous enforcement of agreements with smart contracts. However, there has been limited investigation into the blockchain’s possibilities in near-miss management. To bridge this gap, this paper proposed a blockchain-enabled conceptual framework for near-miss management. The challenges of near-miss management and the potential of blockchain were discussed. However there still have a big problem that is how to collect and classify R&D Expenditure accurately. In this paper, after analyzing the restrictive collection factors on R&D Expenditure statistically, a practical scheme was provided that including R&D Expenditure Feature Vector and “Object Wood” concept were defined firstly, intelligent receipt recognizing model (IRPM), intelligent receipt persona model (IRRM) based on spatial-temporal representation of multi-factors and R&D expenditure data Twin(REDT) based on data multi relationship were developed creatively. Besides, intelligence carrier-class R&D expenditure management system (REMS) was developed based on above novel technologies and deployed on cloud with SaaS mode. For calling advantageously and updating conveniently, API standard interface and Full Stack Security Mechanism were also improved and used in REMS. Meanwhile, it was proved that REMS had better performance on assisting enterprise in collecting and using their R&D Expenditure after REMS employed by 50 industrial enterprises at first batch in practical over a period of time. There also have better economic benefits and social benefits after REMS was used by 211 enterprises in practically. Next, REMS would be utilized and tested in more scope of important entities so that the correlation technologies could be tested, iterated and optimized forward in the future. Actually, REMS is becoming R&D Expenditure industrial promoted by investor and market. Supply chain inefficiencies before and during the COVID 19 pandemic, most applied tools, and lean improvements found in the PSC are identified. Databases such as Scopus and Proquest were used to collect the peer-reviewed articles to be studied. Results show the most frequent inefficiencies in the supply chain are found in operating costs, scrap rates, delivery times, and drug shortages. The improvements identified can be summarized in three factors: cost reduction, time reduction, and improvement in the management of activities. The most studied tools are Kaizen, Kanban, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Literature reveals that lean tools have a significant impact on quality improvement of information, products and/or services, as well as on the reduction or elimination of activities that do not generate value; in addition, there is little evidence of reduction of unnecessary movements of workers. The value of this paper addresses the impact of the pandemic on PSC, describing the versatility that each of the tools had in their role to reduce lean wastes. By knowing the current technological position of the industry, they can innovate to determine the strategy that will be carried out to achieve their competitive advantage. This study aims to measure the four components of technology in the small and medium industry (SMI) of the traditional woven textile industry (pertenunan) in Bali which produces \"kain tenun endek\" and \"kain tenun gringsing\".
