Its legal regulation is complicated by the peculiarities of the structure of sport, its participants, types of illegal encroachments, and influence measures to eliminate them. Currently, various legal relations are being encroached on in the field of sports: from the field of e-sports to corruption and doping during sports competitions. In view of this, it is important to analyze the international legal regulation regarding the investigation of crimes in the field of sports and to understand the problematic issues of proving this type of crime and the implementation of international standards in national regulation. The purpose of the work is the research of crime in the field of sports from the point of view of its proof, as well as the analysis of international and European standards on this issue. The object of the study is international and European standards for gathering evidence in the investigation of crimes committed in the field of sports. The subject of the study is social relations that arise, change and cease and influence the establishment of standards for the investigation of crimes at various stages of the pre-trial investigation of crimes in the field of sports. The research methodology consists of such methods as: dialectical, metaphysical, systemic, synergistic, anthropological, logical, historical, systemic-structural, structural-functional, formal-legal, and comparative-legal methods. As a result of the conducted research, it was possible to understand the peculiarities of the international legal regulation of criminal activity in the sports sphere. Particular attention is paid to the peculiarities of proving crimes committed in the field of sports. Also, attention is paid to the experience of creation, formation, and application of international measures to combat crime in the field of sports and sports law, their implementation in national legal systems, and problematic issues in the appropriate context. An experimental digital technology-based training course was launched in four comprehensive educational schools in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It involved the use of accelerometers during lessons as well as the Facebook social media platform for exchanging subject-related information. The student’s physical activity was measured during each physical education lesson throughout the semester (comprising a total of 50 sessions). The total student sample consisted of 338 students (191 girls and 147 boys), with the mean age of participants being 13.2 ± 1.05 years. At the baseline stage of the study and after the course, the students underwent a series of physical fitness tests, such as running a 60-meter sprint, long jumps, ball throwing, and pull-ups. Following that, they took a Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire. The results have shown that the incorporation of digital technologies increased students' physical activity. If before the intervention, the physical activity of the students during the lesson, on average across the sample (n=338), corresponded to light physical activity, then after the intervention, it shifted to moderate-to-vigorous physical activity. Furthermore, a significant enhancement in academic performance and motivation has been documented. The scoliosis deformity develops faster during the period of intensive growth and development, which, in the absence of treatment, can lead to numerous disorders in many body systems, including the immune system. Study of the impact of the reactive response of peripheral blood neutrophils in adolescents (15-17 years old) with and without scoliosis. The reactive response of peripheral blood neutrophils of adolescents in two groups (experimental and control) was evaluated according to the indicators of the peripheral blood neutrophils reactive response rate, the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), the neutrophil, leukocyte shift ratio; the neutrophil-to-monocyte ratio: lymphocyte-to-granulocyte ratio, leukocyte to ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) ratio; non-specific reactivity index. Statistical processing of the obtained results involved well-known methods of variable statistics. The peripheral blood neutrophils reactive response rate in boys with scoliosis decreased by 25.0%, while the lymphocyte-to-granulocyte ratio increased by 6.53%, the leukocyte to ESR ratio increased by 33.33%, while the neutrophil-to-monocyte ratio increased by 1.37% compared to the control group. The reactive response of peripheral blood neutrophils in adolescent girls with scoliosis is higher according to the neutrophil reactive response rate and the neutrophil shift rate by 25.0%, according to the lymphocyte-to-granulocyte ratio —by 16.97%, and lower according to the neutrophil-to-monocyte ratio by 13.10%, according to by the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio — by 16.75%, according to the leukocyte shift ratio — by 16.46%, according to the leukocyte to ESR ratio — by 4.76%. It was found that the reactive response of peripheral blood neutrophils in adolescents with scoliosis, depends on gender and individual specifics of the reactive response: boys were found to have an increased reactive response of peripheral blood neutrophils was found compared to the reactive response of neutrophil granulocytes in girls. The use of ICTs in Physical Education is uncommon in Chile, these are focused on physical exercise and folklore teaching. A qualitative methodology was used. Based on structured interviews with teachers and students from schools in the southern area of Santiago. These were analyzed through Atlasti software. A qualitative analysis of content and a thematic analysis was carried out through data coding. The results show that there are differences in the perception of ICT by teachers and students. The former prioritize technologies applied to physical exercise. The latter consider that technologies are important for obtaining information and managing communication between teacher and student. It is concluded that it is necessary to generate institutional mechanisms that allow socialization in new skills and knowledge of technologies, since the lack of training in these skills could produce severe problems in the integration into the new digital society that is developing in Chile.
