Part One was previously published as Volume 16, Number 4, in 2011. Part Two features two articles, three case studies and two surveillance-themed book reviews. Studying a diversity of CCTV systems in Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and England, the present collection captures both the contemporary complexity and rapid development of CCTV, and the methodological and conceptual diversity of scholarly inquiry into this subject. In this introduction, we set out an overview of each article, before moving to a discussion of three crosscutting themes that arise from this collection.","PeriodicalId":46265,"journal":{"name":"Information Polity","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":2.0,"publicationDate":"2011-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.3233/IP-2011-0262","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69960264","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
