Orthopedic treatment can be considered adjuvant in combating the pain caused by femoral-patellar syndrome if it is associated with an individualized and well-structured physical therapy program.\u0000Surgical interventions are only indicated for patients in whom an anatomical defect of the bone structures or the pathological alignment of the patella maintains the destruction of the cartilage. After any type of surgical intervention, it is mandatory to establish specialized physiotherapy programs with specific objectives, in order to ensure a high post-operative success rate.

This consists in the complex examination of motor disorders, their differentiation and the individualization of the recovery process. In this sense, we propose a rehabilitation system through the means of physical education of preschoolers with CP depending on the severity of the motor disorders. To select the sets of physical exercises intended for individual or group recovery programs, it is not enough to classify motor disorders according to the maximum or final manifestation level. There is a need to differentiate and analyze the causes that led to the reduction of the final motor result, for this examining the temporal, spatial and energetic parameters.

Maintaining an adequate body mass index should be part of any anterior knee pain management program. Muscle toning exercises are recommended without crossing the painful threshold, performed especially in a closed kinetic chain, and hydrotherapy offers numerous benefits in performing movements by reducing joint stress.\u0000As far as physiotherapy methods are concerned, they can be considered very important in reducing pain in patients with femoro-patellar syndrome, because with their help we can implement the kinetotherapeutic exercise program early and without the presence of pain.\u0000In the present paper, two of the most frequently applied protocols for patients diagnosed with femoral-patellar syndrome were tested on 2 different groups of patients. Although the results are beneficial for patients through the prism of both programs, we can still state that the simultaneous use of kinesiotherapy together with physiotherapy could provide promising results for patients diagnosed with this syndrome.

The research of the past represents the primary source of documentation and information regarding the perspectives of development in each field.\u0000This paper manifests a two-fold purpose. The first is to prove that the science of recovery by movement, though young in many respects, has a millenary existence with the most outstanding scientists contributing to its progress. Moreover, through this paper, I aimed to support a change in the paradigm regarding the place and mission of physical exercise as a theoretical and practical field of study. The second purpose is to point it out as a response to a social need, namely prophylaxis and treatment. Hence, it manifests as a field of the concrete, not of the abstract.

The recovery process is to be determined, on the one hand, by the character and degree of deviation (distortion, underdevelopment) of motor activity, and on the other hand, by the motor development goals, to be achieved. For effective treatment of motor disorders of preschoolers with infantile cerebral palsy is rational to use the systemic approach, oriented towards the proposed goals, which involves the complex action of physical exercises both on the basic physiological systems of the child's body and on the development of his motor capacities, via the formation of a rational scheme of movement.
