In this study using a type of causal research using a quantitative approach with a sample of 51 respondents who are employees of PT Bank SUMUT Medan Sharia Branch Office. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (SmartPls) to test the 7 (seven) hypotheses proposed in this study. The results of this study indicate that the work environment (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), servant leadership (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), and work motivation (Z) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The work environment (X1) has a positive and significant effect on work motivation (Z) and servant leadership (X2) has a positive and significant effect on work motivation (Z). The legal politics of managing oil and gas resources in Indonesia at a certain period have varying effects on the envisioned social welfare. This study aims to examine: 1) the legal politics of managing oil and gas resources in Law Number 22 of 2001 on Oil and Gas; 2) the implementation of regulations and policies for managing oil and natural gas resources to achieve the highest possible prosperity for the people; and 3) the suitability of the legal political concept of managing oil and natural gas resources in efforts to realize the highest possible prosperity for the people. This research employs a legal research approach with a typology of normative legal research or doctrinal research to develop arguments, theories, or new concepts as practitioners in addressing current issues. The nature of the research adopted in this study is descriptive-analytical. The normative juridical approach is utilized to respond to legal issues in this research, utilizing the statutory approach, historical approach, and conceptual approach. The research data were gathered through document studies, as well as interviews, and then analyzed qualitatively juridically. The Onang-Onang discourse often contains sentences that contain literary value because the elements of the discourse are often in the category of rhymes and proverbs. This type of pantun/proverb is included as an old type of poetry genre. The poetry genre is a type of literary genre category. In general, only people from the Angkola and Mandailing tribes still practice the Onang-onang oral tradition. Meanwhile, people from other Batak tribes, such as the Toba tribe, do not carry out the Onang-Onang event at weddings. Meanwhile, the martarombo tradition of 'investigating origins based on the descendants of the 'dalihan na tolu' community applies or may be carried out by all Batak tribes. The focus of this article is a discussion of the maronangonang tradition as a type of art that is performed as a means of entertainment and to complement traditional events at weddings for people of the Angkola-Mandailing tribe which is a case study for Muhammad Ali Akbar Harahap's wedding on Jalan Suriadi Gang Balai. Adat Number 11, Pasar 4, Mabar Hilir Subdistrict, Percut Sei Tuan District, Medan City. Tarombo is an event to investigate the origins based on individual descendants of the Batak tribe according to the 'dalihan na tolu' community. This article examines the challenges and opportunities of implementing defense budget crowdfunding in Indonesia, concentrating on several aspects such as history, social culture, state budget growth, and governance. Based on the evaluation of relevant research, it is crucial to establish budget finance system improvements to support the national defense component. By reconstructing the history of the generosity of the Indonesian people, the social and cultural conditions, the growth of state defense budgeting, and the legal features of state budget management, there is potential for crowdfunding. The tests carried out in this study were: the T-test, F-test and Coefficient of Determination test. To be more precise, we look at how Jordanian entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial leadership, culture, and mentality support SE and ultimately impact economic development through EP. We use data gathered from a sample of 250 Jordanian entrepreneurs to evaluate our assumptions using a Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling technique. According to our research, SE significantly and favourably influences EP, which in turn mediates the relationship between SE and economic development. Furthermore, the findings demonstrate that Jordanian entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial leadership, culture, and mentality all have a favourable impact on SE. Policymakers, business owners, and other stakeholders interested in advancing sustainable economic development in Jordan should take note of these results. Our research emphasises how critical it is to create an entrepreneurial ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs' sustainable leadership, culture, and way of thinking. Furthermore, our results imply that Jordan's economic development may benefit from initiatives to enhance EP, offering policymakers a possible way to encourage sustainable entrepreneurship. The study also intends to identify the requisite experience and competencies for HR analytics practices and to propose best practices and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of HR analytics in organizations. Method: This research involves a comprehensive literature review, examining existing research and case studies on the utilization of HR analytics in the corporate sector. Various sources, including academic papers, industry reports, and real-world examples, were analyzed to gain insights into the current state and trends of HR analytics in practice. Results: The findings of the literature review demonstrate a significant surge in interest and implementation of HR analytics in the corporate world. The data-driven approach has shown considerable promise in aiding HR professionals in making informed decisions and aligning HR strategies with overall organizational goals. Evidence from both academic and practical sources supports the value of HR analytics as a crucial tool for optimizing HR processes and enhancing workforce productivity. Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it is evident that HR analytics has emerged as a pivotal component in the corporate sector, revolutionizing how HR professionals execute strategies and contribute to organizational success. In the current era, it has become a consensus for the government and non-governmental organizations to jointly govern public affairs. Network governance focuses on the realization and promotion of public interests as the core value, and pays attention to coordinating the complex interaction of diversified actors. It advocates sharing power in the cooperative network and jointly dealing with all kinds of problems. Compared with the traditional management system, network governance can coordinate and manage cross-border cooperation networks among governments at all levels and departments more effectively. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of network governance on the building of service-oriented government in China. Through a questionnaire survey of 408 civil servants, this study analyzes the relationship between the network structure elements and the government service effect. The results show that the cooperation network with high stability and high intensity is positively related to the improvement of government service effect. In addition, the the government concept and the network cooperation ability are also closely related to the  government service effect. The method used is a qualitative research method using a centralized interview model (focused interviews, this model is used on the grounds that this model is more able and easy to adjust when faced with double reality, this method presents the nature of the relationship between researchers and research subjects directly and this method is more sensitive so that it can adjust and sharpen a lot of mutual influence on the patterns of values faced by researchers, The data sources used consist of three groups, namely Person, Place and Paper consisting of Principals and Teachers, and related documents.
