The data for the study was collected using an online survey of a large pool of young public service employees working at various government agencies (n= 3,652 respondents). The results of a structural equation modeling analysis of the data provide support for the study's main premise. The implications of these results on the design of effective onboarding processes are discussed.","PeriodicalId":45217,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Knowledge Management","volume":"6 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.6,"publicationDate":"2024-01-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139438885","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article discusses the capabilities of the R language for modeling Levy processes that currently most closely correspond to the nature of the organizational learning movements in sliding mode. The efficient algorithm of the CGMY process simulation as a difference of the tempered stable independent Levy is processed and programmed at R language. The efficient algorithm of variance gamma process simulation using variance gamma random variables is processed and programmed at R language. Overview of CGMY process simulation in practice is use for human capital management in the context of the implementation of digital intelligent decision support systems and knowledge management and for digital intelligent design of avatar-based control with application to human capital management.","PeriodicalId":45217,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Knowledge Management","volume":"40 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.6,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85530569","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
