 The activity \"Fun Independence Day on August 17 for Children of Graha Yatim and Dhu'afa Orphanage (GRAY) under the Hope Robbani Foundation\" is a community service program aimed at providing valuable and festive experiences in celebrating Indonesia's Independence Day for children residing at the Graha Yatim and Dhu'afa Orphanage managed by the Hope Robbani Foundation. This activity is held to instill a sense of nationalism and love for the homeland from a young age, and to create memorable moments for children who may not have had the opportunity to fully celebrate independence. The event will involve the Association of Information Systems Student (Himasi) and several lecturers. The planned series of activities include various enjoyable and educational events, such as marbles competitions, cracker-eating contests, balloon-blowing, traditional Indonesian games, as well as the distribution of small prizes to children as a token of appreciation for their participation. In addition to the celebratory activities, this event will also encompass educational sessions with the aim of enhancing the children's understanding of the significance of Indonesia's Independence Day on August 17 and the nation's struggle to attain freedom. Through storytelling, presentations, and interactive games, the children will be introduced to national hero figures and pivotal moments in Indonesia's history. This initiative serves as a small yet meaningful step in building a foundation of patriotism and communal values among the young generation of Indonesia, and actively contributes to fostering positive community development through dedicated service.

A group of youth organizations members are trying to minimize the accumulation of waste. The youth group collects and sorts waste to clean up the environment and then sells it at a fairly cheap price. Even though inorganic waste can be used to become objects that have a high selling value. Therefore, we provide training on processing plastic waste into bags.
 The implementation method consists of Observations related to conditions and problems in the Youth Organization group in Bamban Village, Licensing for the implementation of activities to the Head of the Hamlet and Head of the RT and Chair of the Youth Organization, Purchase of tools and materials used for training, Training for making Ethnic Bags, Training participants can follow the steps -steps exemplified by the PKM -PM Team in making Ethnic Bags, and preparing Activity reports.

Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa metode deskriptif efektif dalam meningkatkan kosakata Bahasa Inggris siswa kelas V. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai pada sosialisasi ini antara lain: (1) Meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang kosakata, (2) Mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan metode Kualitatif pada siswa. Sosialisasi ini dilakukan pada kelas III dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 28 orang. Sosialisasi ini mengukur seluruh ranah yang ada pada hasil belajar, yaitu: kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor. Hasil sosialisasi ini menunjukan peningkatan pada setiap ranah di tiap siklusnya. Dengan metode Kualitatif siswa mendapatkan pengalaman belajar langsung sehingga pembelajarannya lebih menarik dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh siswa kelas 4 SD Swasta GKPS Pematang Siantar. Untuk penyampaian pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris ini dilakukan dengan cara yang menyenangkan seperti permainan (games) berbahasa Inggris, Family Members, menyanyi dan menari. Pendampingan ini meliputi aspek-aspek seperti penulisan yang baik dan benar, pemilihan jurnal yang sesuai, serta memahami proses penyuntingan dan publikasi. Namun, terdapat tantangan yang harus dihadapi dalam pendampingan publikasi ilmiah bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Salah satu tantangan utama adalah keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya. Mahasiswa tingkat akhir seringkali memiliki tanggung jawab lain seperti penyelesaian tugas akhir, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, atau pekerjaan paruh waktu. Oleh karena itu, pendampingan publikasi ilmiah harus diatur dengan baik agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa dan memaksimalkan hasil yang dicapai dalam waktu yang terbatas. Dalam kesimpulannya, pendampingan publikasi ilmiah bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pengembangan penelitian dan peningkatan kemampuan akademik mereka.
