A crying need for a tele-medical care becomes a necessity, and in order to overcoming this weakness we have proposed a multi-agent intelligent Telemedicine system in this research. The proposed system can help solve the shortage of specialists urgently and at lower costs. Furthermore, it can save the efforts of the patients' expensive travel for treatment abroad. Moreover, it can avoid infections from social closeness in times of disasters and pandemics. \u0000Nowadays Telemedicine systems have gradually become a popular medical model which have always attracted much attention due to the continuous development of the multi-agents' structure and capabilities of the artificial intelligence systems. So we will focus in the prototype design of our system on the algorithms, techniques and devices that support the multi-agents' structure and AI technologies. The Multi-agent approach happens to be a suitable structure for the development of Telemedicine systems. Various methods address database uncertainty, often oversimplifying and restricting representable uncertainties. Rapid data growth from technologies like IoT, multimedia, and social media has led to massive diverse data, known as big data, categorized into structured, semi-structured, and unstructured types. Coping with big data's challenges is encapsulated in the \"Vs Model\" with volume, velocity, and variety dimensions. It aims to gather variable information for causal understanding and informed decisions. Big data offers competitive advantages: smart decisions (69%), operational control (54%), customer insights (52%), and cost cuts (47%). This research studies big data management and cloud computing, where data and apps are accessed via the internet, saving resources globally. Cloud's simplicity and power facilitate tasks and storage. Risks include bankruptcy or breaches, yet cloud remains valuable for preserving big data. Vital factors in big data's value creation involve converting IT costs to assets and connecting big data outcomes to performance. The recipients of social assistance in Sukabumi Selatan District of Jakarta Province is collected form Neighborhood Association (RT/RW). However, this mechanism has limitations in terms of feasibility assessment through direct verification which is not optimal due to social restriction activities. At the same time, data is also collected through the regular recipients of social aid program, so there is a data discrepancy that causing a bias in determining the recipients’ feasibility. Therefore, a mechanism is required to assess the eligibility of the recipients. This study aims to assist Social Service Agency of Sukabumi Selatan district, in assessing the eligibility of the recipients using Naïve Bayes classifier and K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) classifier as comparison. Experiments using Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) model were carried out on a collected dataset, and the results show that Naïve Bayes classifier shows the best result with 93% accuracy, 86% precision and 100% recall, while K-NN has 90% accuracy, 82% precision and 98% recall. It is one of the most important type of insurances that protects people's health from long-term and short-term risks, and pandemics. Due to the current situation of Covid-19 and the increasing costs of medication, such system is very important and needed nowadays. On the other hand, Telehealth technology and Telemedicine applications have proven their positive role in preventing the spread of epidemics and diseases due to physical spacing, decreasing the vists to the health institutions, and reducing travels abroad; besides, it help in obtaining a high quality diagnosis and treatments from different places worldwide. The goal of this project is to design a prototype of a new system that combines medical insurance system with Telehealth technology to get a Telehealth Medical Insurance System (TMIS) that facilitates communication between the patients and medical providers remotely through insurance companies without visiting health inistitutions unless for necessary cases. This new system will first guarantee protection rules of dealing with pandemics such as: social distancing, telediagnosis, and preserve patients from infection by some viruses or other infectious diseases. Second, it guarantees medical treatments in a qualified and high-quality medical provider with lower costs and without travelling difficulties and costs.\u0000The implementation of this system will focus on finding the most suitable and secure way for patients via a protected website to do online communication with medical providers. This study presents a relational data model for storing, managing, and manipulating uncertain data with certain data.  The data model is analyzed using SQL queries to ensure the completeness of the model. These frameworks are used by organizations as a tool to evaluate their own ITG systems and to help the IT managers to bridge any gaps between the technical issues, business risks, and control requirements. The main objective of the research is to study the various IT governance frameworks used by the organizations and the challenges they face in compliance with the IT Governance framework, and the steps taken to overcome these challenges in the UAE. This objective was achieved by using a quantitative approach through a questionnaire felt by a sample of IT executives or IT professionals working at different private and public organizations in the UAE. The results of the study discovered that most of the organizations use ITIL and ISO as their preferred choice of the ITG framework, and the major challenge faced by the organizations in compliance with the ITG frameworks is the lack of people’s acceptance which overcomes by training people using tools and systems with the frameworks used in the organizations. Proppants, in conjunction with water, facilitate the cracking process, acting as a catalyst for the oil and gas to pass through the formation and into the producing well. The primary goal of this research is to look into the parameters that influence hydraulic fracturing quality. Moreover, such parameters that improve the productivity of oil in unconventional reservoirs are evaluated. The field properties of the Eagle Ford Shale were used to create a geological model on the Navigator software for this purpose. This software is used to simulate three different horizontal and vertical wells to observe the production of oil and gas. Then, hydraulic fracturing is performed on the same wells with different scenarios using three parameters, namely the length of fracture, the width of fracture, and the height of fracture. These parameters are selected because the usage of proppants can be dependent on them. The findings are quite convincing and demonstrate the importance of hydraulic fracturing in an unconventional reservoir. Besides, it is observed that the greater the width, length, or height of the fracture, the greater the productivity of oil and gas in an unconventional reservoir due to the increment of the seepage area of the hydrocarbons. To prevent the spread of the virus, different precautionary measure and policies have been defined, one of them is distance learning. It has led to the educational transformation from physical education to online learning. Similarly, in KSA online education is adopted since March 2020. Inorder to extract the individual perception about the online education in KSA, twitter data was used. Arabic tweets were collected using twitter API. Furthermore, several machine learning models such as Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Bayes (NB), Random Forest (RF), Logistic regression, K-nearest neighbors was used develop an automated sentiment analysis of online education related tweets in KSA. For feature extraction and selection N-gram and Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) was used. Logistic Regression achieved the highest accuracy of 69.33% for multiclass and Random Forest achieved accuracy of 80.35%.
