She was seen at urgent care; chest X-ray was performed and was read as normal. Females are two times more likely to be affected, and white children are predominantly affected when studying populations in North America. Case Description: A male infant was born at 35+5 weeks estimated gestational age via emergent Cesarean section for non-reassuring fetal heart tones. His mother had no prenatal care until 23 weeks estimated gestational age. Upon delivery he was limp and did not cry; Apgar scores were 3 and 8. PIP often complicates chronic epilepsy, especially in patients with seizure clusters that include tonic–clonic seizures, bilateral cerebral dysfunction (e.g., bilateral epileptiform activity or history of encephalitis), and a family history of psychiatric illness. The posterior fascicle is the most commonly affected region and accounts for about 90% of cases of idiopathic fascicular ventricular tachycardia. This tachycardia often occurs in the absence of structural disease. The mechanism of this tachycardia is believed to be localized reentry close to the fascicle of the left bundle branch. In contrast to the adult presentation, pediatric RCC presents more symptomatically with locally advanced disease. Up to 30 % of pediatric patients with RCC present with metastatic disease.
