This research was conducted at the BLUD RSU Banjar City on 27-31 May 2022. Participants in this study were Ny patients. C, 35 years old, female, complains of right lower quadrant abdominal pain. The process of assessing and establishing a diagnosis is focused on the main problem. Objective and subjective data becomes a reference for periodic evaluation of nursing implementation.\u0000Results: Patients gave recognition of decreased pain after being given a progressive muscle relaxation intervention with a pain scale of 4 out of 5 (0-10) and a scale of 3 out of 4 (0-10). \u0000Conclusion: Progressive muscle relaxation intervention should be suspected to be effective in reducing pain in appendicitis patients as evidenced by subjective patient recognition. Theoretically, this study does not conflict with previous research so that it can be a reference in future research. Assessment is done by history taking and observation. Nursing diagnoses are determined by NANDA, while nursing plans are adjusted to interventions in the Nursing Intervention Classification (NIC), implementation is carried out according to nursing care plans that have been prepared, and nursing evaluations are documented using the SOAP model.\u0000Results: The results of the evaluation were carried out within a period of 3 days, the intervention given with range of motion activity therapy had an effect in increasing lower extremity muscle strength. The samples used were children diagnosed with tuberculosis, being hospitalized, and experiencing ineffective airway clearance. The study was conducted in March 2022. Data collection used a nursing assessment format for children, a physical examination format, and an interview guide format. The nursing care process is carried out from the initial stage of assessment to evaluation.\u0000Result: The main complaint expressed was a fever that went up and down, often felt nauseated, coughed up phlegm that was difficult to expel. The data findings showed wheezing, cyanotic skin color, and an increase in respiratory rate and pulse. The patient experiences ineffective airway clearance. Effective chest and cough physiotherapy interventions were given for 3 days during the treatment period and showed that the results of walking clearance were not effectively resolved. This condition is seen from the phlegm that has come out, there are no additional breath sounds, the respiratory rate and pulse are within normal limits.\u0000Conclusion: The provision of effective chest physiotherapy and coughing interventions proved to be able to overcome ineffective airway clearance.
