Electron impact double ionization of oxygen atoms using Bea Methods 用Bea方法研究氧原子的电子冲击双电离

The theoretical data are compared with the experimental results. In case of Oxygen atom the electron impact double ionization cross-sections are calculated in the energy range 90–2000 eV. The theoretical results of the electron impact double ionization crosssections of Oxygen atom are in good agreement with experiment throughout the calculated impact energies. Shastri","doi":"10.5958/2320-3218.2014.00004.9","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5958/2320-3218.2014.00004.9","url":null,"abstract":"We have calculated transmission probability of electrons injected via quantum point contacts into a two dimensional electron gas exposed to a small magnetic field. We have numerically solved the time-independent Schrodinger equation for a static magnetic field. Using the Green's function method with Dirichlet's boundary conditions it was possible to evaluate the wave function for a line at any distance from the injector. The extracted dimensions and amplitudes of the scattering centres correspond well with estimations from the first principle calculations on the correlation of remote donors in size and strength. The variation of these parameters indicates that there is degradation of fibers due to dying.
