Environmentalists were involved in massive green marketing campaigns trying to reduce the impact of plastic products to the environment. However, the problem is prevalent and evolved continuously. This paper furnishes a vital overview on the current environmental issues caused by plastic bags being used by hypermarkets and supermarkets. Consumer preferences and their perceptions on the use of eco bags were the highlights of this research. A total of 230 respondents were surveyed who are the local consumers in the City of Tagum. A quantitative research design was used in this paper. The study revealed that consumers have the highest perception on the use of Eco Bags in terms of environmental benefits. High level of consumer awareness about Eco Friendly bags as part of the green marketing campaign was found out. Further, research showed that consumers have no doubts of accepting the new marketing campaign as public acceptance exhibited a result of high level. As a result, it decreased its employees’ performance which ultimately gave a bad impact on the bank. This was a serious concern for the management in 2015. This study aimed to determine and analyze the impact of knowledge management variables consisting of socialization, externalization, combination, and Internalisation on the employees performance indirectly through their competence. The path analysis was used to determine the indirect impact of knowledge management on the wmployess’ performance, with the samples of 140 people. The data analysis and hypothesis testing proved that knowledge management had significant effect on the employees performance indirectly through the employees competence. The R-square of socialization, externalization, combination, and internalisation of the employees competence were 70.5%; and the R-square of competence variable to the performance was 52%. This showed that knowledge management played an important role in improving the employees performance through their competence. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive in the form of fact finding with proper interpretation. The results show that food availability is increasingly limited due to increased conversion of paddy fields and other productive agricultural land, low productivity of agricultural products, poor irrigation networks and irrigation infrastructure in production areas has become a serious threat to the sustainability of food self-sufficiency. Similarly, the phenomenon of harvested area and paddy production in 5 sub-districts (Krembung, Tulangan, Balungbendo, Prambon, and Tarik) for the period of 20 00s have fluctuated so that in the long term it will greatly disrupt the food security in the region Sidoarjo Regency. Among the components of education, teachers and lecturers are very important and strategic factors in an effort to improve the quality of education in every educational unit. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of professional competence, social competence on pedagogic competence with personality competence as moderation variable based on students’ perception. The analytical method used is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to confirm the validity and reliability of the indicator of the latent variables and Moderating Structural Equation Modeling Score Factor (MSEM-SF) to determine the effect of moderation. The results show that personality competence moderates the relationship of the effect of professional competence on pedagogic competence but personality competence does not moderate relationship of the effect of social competence on pedagogic competence. In addition, it remains an obstacle forsmall and medium class banks to be dependant on the long historical credit data of each customer to determine the credit-value loss (CKPN). This study uses a method of a qualitative case study with structured stages for determining the formation of credit-value loss (CKPN) with creditrisk + model. The purpose of this study is to reveal the accounting practice of establishing CKPN with creditrisk + model. The results show that the ATMR method caused BPR banks to provide a very large recovery fund when compared with CreditRisk + method. Other findings reveal that the approach of ATMR is not maximized in producing accurate measure of credit risk and in accordance with the actual condition. This study contributes to providing an alternative to the determination of CKPN in addition to using ATMR and roll rate analysis model by the banks.
