In this paper, we develop two things related to an analog of the Arakawa-Kaneko zeta function. One is to find an analog of the Arakawa-Kaneko zeta function of Miyagawa-type (defined by T. Miyagawa) and to obtain a relation among Miyagawa-type MZVs.
