At the same time, the administration of the pharmacy chain should pay more attention to the analysis of the purchased groups of medicines in this category in order to prevent overloading the pharmacy balance with drugs, the demand for which is reduced, as this negatively affects the effectiveness of the pharmacy organization. The analysis of the well-known healing properties of vibration on the human body, which can be used in the physical rehabilitation of children with musculoskeletal system disorders, is given. The known possibilities of acoustic wave effects on the musculo-fascial and skeletal systems of people are analyzed. The unique possibilities of applying the phenomena of vibration and waves not only on land but also in an aquatic environment, in conditions of hydrokinesis therapy in a pool are considered. The properties of a longitudinal elastic (acoustic) wave and its effect on the musculoskeletal system of children are characterized. The authors proposed a new concept in physical rehabilitation - \"correctional acoustic internal field\" on land and \"correctional hydroacoustic external field\" (in water). The article analyzes the necessary changes in the Constitution of the Russian Federation (1993), which should ensure life quality increase and accelerated socio-economic development of municipalities. These include: the changes in the powers and functions of local governments; strengthening the responsibility of local administrations for social performance results. A search is underway for the optimal coordination of the functions and powers of federal, regional and municipal governments on a new constitutional basis. The scientific basis of municipal administration is being developed - the theory of municipal service as the managerial core of local self-government is proposed. The scientific methodology of the state and municipal services is correlated. New parameters of social responsibility of local government officials are defined. The possibilities of digital technologies are being studied to increase the effectiveness of municipal governance. The article proposes to conduct systemic digitalization of state and municipal government actively. New digital technologies are considered as a necessary scientific and informational basis to increase the effectiveness of local management. In the article, each of the proposed trends for municipal governance improvement is considered from the perspective of the possible interaction problem study between the authorities and citizens; the conflicts between authorities at various levels. They studied the danger of the destructive consequences of existing performance indicators, local management methods and technique conservation. The changes in the cultural sphere of society determine the need to investigate linguistic problems, focusing on improving language culture to achieve efficiency. The language problems have gone beyond the framework of philology and have become the general problems of society to regulate language culture in the process of social communication, social processes, the development of society as a whole system. In the political sphere, the culture of language promotes the emergence of mutual interest and respect between people of different nationalities and the stabilization of interethnic and international relations. The working group consists of 68 prospective teachers who continue their undergraduate programs in different departments of a private university in Northern Cyprus in the 2019-2020 spring academic year. All these participantsarestudying at thevariousdepartments of theFaculty of Education as 17 are in Pre-school Education, 28 in PrimaryEducationMathematics, 6 in PrimaryEducation, 1 in HistoryTeaching, 12 in Special Needs Education, 4 of them arestudying in Guidance and Psychological Counseling. The study is a qualitative study and the design of the study is determined as a case study. 42 female and 26 male teacher candidates participated in the study group. The majority of the participants are prospective teachers studying in their final year at university. While choosing the participants, easily accessible case sampling from purposeful sampling type was used. A Semi-structured interview form was used as a toolfordata collection. Later, the opinions of the experts were obtained and the interview questions were re-arranged accordingly and applied to the participants. We are referring to the length, width and height in their 3D unity. In order to increase the effectiveness of children's physical rehabilitation from a methodological point of view, we proposed to consider physical space as a conditional four-dimensional substance, including еhe subjective aspect of a specific motoric play situation perception of a child and a rehabilitation teacher. During the physical rehabilitation classes for children with musculoskeletal system disorders, after many years of practice, it was noticed that spatial parameters can be purposefully controlled to improve the correction efficiency of various motoric disorders. The authors propose to consider as a special phenomenon the corrective modelling of the internal hall architecture to solve the necessary pedagogical problems. The authors named this phenomenon corrective 3D space. In the process of empirical studies of this phenomenon, the authors came up with the following options for its use in the physical rehabilitation of the specified children contingent: an artificial decrease of the spatial parameters of the motoric play zone, an artificial increase of the spatial parameters of the motoric play zone, an artificial violation of the harmonious relationships of the spatial parameters of the motoric play zone (length, width and height), and an artificial complication of the spatial parameters of the motoric play zone for physical rehabilitation of the child. It turned out that the above options for purposeful changes in spatial parameters have a positive effect of increasing the effectiveness of the correctional process of physical rehabilitation of children with musculoskeletal system disorders. The research outlines the tools for implementing the strategy of energy companies’ innovative development based on dynamic interval management models of enterprises innovative development, which substantiate management decisions and correlates physiological working conditions of employees. As a result, all these factors make it possible to predict the impact of a system of innovative development factors on the enterprise financial condition. Construction methods of an integrated indicator level combined with workers physiological conditions of energy enterprises innovative development have been used and provided on the optimization of the factor space that creates the company's innovation policy and takes into account its causal links, human factor, physical level of readiness. The article results allowed its usage for modeling the impact of innovation level on the financial performance of energy companies as well as a study of the state of innovative development of energy enterprises in the region. The mathematical modeling has been used to build such a tool for managing the innovative development of energy market enterprises. One of the most effective approaches to modeling the dynamics of economic processes is the set-theoretic approach accompanied with physical level of employee. Within this approach, the models contain parameters and variables represented as sets of guaranteed or acceptable values, or as fuzzy sets with known matching functions.  The paper determines that the advantage of this approach is that it does not require large samples of data (time series) to obtain adequate models, and preliminary study of statistical characteristics of data, such as the law of data distribution and others. The interval models, which describe indicators of economic processes in intervals of possible values or functional corridors, have been chosen as one type of models. It has been proposed to choose gross income as an indicator of the financial condition of energy market enterprises, because the activities of energy companies are essentially the sale of energy resources and services. {"title":"The Psychometric Properties of Mindfulness Inventory in Sport and Examination of Its Measurement Invariance","authors":"Nazmi Bayköse, Buse Çelik","doi":"10.20511/PYR2021.V9NSPE3.1168","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20511/PYR2021.V9NSPE3.1168","url":null,"abstract":"This study aimed to examine the psychometric properties and measurement invariance by testing the validity and reliability of the Turkish form of the \"mindfulness inventory in sport, which was developed by Thienot et al. in 2014. Three different data sets were used in the study. Participants for the first data set consisted of 190 athletes (mean age =21,37 ± 2,74), 93 women, and 97 men. The second data set consists of 258 athletes (mean age= 21,49 ± 2,76), 128 women and 130 men. Mindfulness Inventory in Sports is a 15-item measurement tool with three sub-dimensions (awareness, non-judgmental, refocusing), the first consists of 5 items, the second 5 items, and the third 5 items. Conscious Awareness Inventory in Sports has been developed to measure the conscious awareness levels of athletes. To examine the psychometric properties of the inventory, the first data set obtained with the participation of 190 athletes was used for reliability and EFA in the context of the construct validity study. The second data set obtained with the participation of 258 athletes was used in the CFA and multi-group confirmatory factor analysis process. The test-retest analysis was conducted with 40 athletes who were included in the research process independently from these two groups. Data analysis was done with SPSS and AMOS package programs. When the AFA results were examined, it was observed that there was no change in the original structure developed by Thienot et al. In the item analysis, it was concluded that all items were above .30, and the representation power of the inventory was sufficient. Besides, Cronbach's alpha internal consistency and test-retest methods were used to demonstrate the inventory's reliability.
