Since the end of the Cold War, the intensity of energy relations between the two countries has been increasing, one of which is related to the Eastern Siberian pipeline project. The Eastern Siberian pipeline project is a strategic project for China to maintain the stability of their energy security in the future. This is what makes China under the leadership of Xi Jinping, increasingly seeking to improve their energy diplomacy relations towards Russia in an effort to develop the Eastern Siberian pipeline project which includes two major projects, specifically oil pipeline through the Eastern Siberian Pasific Ocean (ESPO) and the natural gas pipeline through the Power of Siberia. Using qualitative research methods and literature reviews, the authors sought to provide an in-depth analysis of China's implementation of energy diplomacy against Russia in the development of the Eastern Siberian pipeline. China's energy diplomacy towards Russia is part of efforts to diversify China's energy imports many involving actors of China's national energy companies. This study aims to analyze the public diplomacy strategy carried out by Indonesia as a response to the Global War on Terror (GWOT) policy carried out by America after the events of September 11, 2001. Public diplomacy carried out by Indonesia through the Bali Democracy Forum (BDF) is growing. Every year the number of participating countries participating in the BDF continues to increase. Indonesia must be able to take advantage of this momentum and formulate an increasingly comprehensive public diplomacy strategy in order to improve Indonesia's self- image in the eyes of the international community. Vietnam sebagai negara yang menjadi tempat perang pada Perang Vietnam, menyimpan sisa-sisa senjata berupa RDAP dan ERW. Senjata-senjata tersebut telah tertanam sejak perang berlangsung yang hingga kini belum meledak. Lantaran hal tersebut, dikhawatirkan dampak RDAP dan ERW di Vietnam akan sangat merugikan masyarakatnya. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini akan keanggotaan Vietnam dalam ARMAC terkait permasalahan tersebut. Tulisan ini akan membahas secara khusus dan berfokus pada peranan ARMAC di Vietnam. Dengan menggunakan sudut pandang rezim internasional, tulisan ini akan menganalisis keefektivan keanggotaan Vietnam dalam ARMAC. Hasil tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa peran ARMAC belum begitu terasa bagi Vietnam lantaran partisipasi Vietnam yang tidak seaktif Kamboja dalam menjalankan program kerja ARMAC. The typical characteristics can be indicated by the ideas of Anarchy and Conflict. The two ideas in Classical Realism theory refers to Thomas Hobbes� Political Philosophy on the State of Nature. Considering that the two ideas are only two of the entire ideas of Thomas Hobbes� Political Philosophy, the State of Anarchy and Conflict in Classical Realism theory needs to be completed with other ideas. The writing has been made to show the function of ratio as a reason to seek peace in a hierarchical relation through Leviathan�s power. The previous studies on the sunshine policy only discussed the efforts made by the South Korean government through the sunshine policy and America's influence on the implementation in general. The studies are divided into three major categories namely: domestic politics, political economy, and regional studies, but none has discussed the causes of the ineffectiveness of the sunshine policy. By using confidence-building measures as an analytical framework, this paper will explain the variables in confidence-building measures that cause sunshine policies to be ineffective. Despite the benefit of this area, the coral triangle also faces unsustainable fishing practices called Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated (IUU). This paper is aiming to provide the benefit of the coral triangle, and the efforts to overcome the problem that occurs in this area. To analyze this paper, the authors applied a descriptive approach, and most of the data obtained through literature review. And the result shows that the coral triangle is very beneficial to the countries in this area. Seoul Metropolitan City government has implemented paradiplomacy to develop its creative economy which is limited to aspects of music, drama, and fashion. This article uses qualitative methods with literature studies to support the required data. This article also seeks to describe the paradiplomacy carried out by the Seoul Metropolitan City government with self-government in a unitary state with a literature review covering transgovernmentalism, foreign relations, paradiplomacy, and creative economy. Indonesia dan India, keduanya menggunakan dan memperkuat kapabilitas maritim sebagai kekuatan geopolitik mereka melalui kerjasama pertahanan sebagai aspek penunjang posisi tawar mereka di kawasan. Penelitian ini akan membahas dan mengevaluasi bentuk kerjasama pertahanan yang dilakukan oleh Indonesia dan India dalam memperkuat maritim melalui pelatihan bersama dan meningkatkan kemampuan militer mereka untuk menunjukkan seberapa relevan komitmen mereka dalam kerjasama ini dan terhadap tujuan-tujuan Kebijakan Act-East India dan Poros Maritim Dunia Indonesia di kawasan Indo-Pasifik. Kerjasama yang dijalankan mereka tidak hanya menyelaraskan kebijakan luar negeri mereka di kawasan, tetapi juga memberi mereka kesempatan untuk setidaknya menunjukkan kekuatan besar seperti Amerika Serikat dan Cina bahwa mereka mendapat kekuatan di kawasan secara strategis yang layak dipertimbangkan dalam struktur politik global yang dinamis. Dalam menjawab rumusan masalah sebagai tujuan dari penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang menggambarkan dan menganalisa hubungan kepentingan Indonesia dan India dengan implementasi kerjasama pertahanan. UE sebagai sebuah institusi regional dan actor baru dalam politik internasional menjadi sebuah pihak yang memainkan peran penting dalam interaksi dan kerjasama kawasan. Dalam tulisan ini penulis mencoba menjelaskan terkait dinamika kerjasama regional yang bentuk oleh UE berdasarkan konsep regional integration dari beberapa perspektif, adanya persamaan identitas, kebutuhan peningkatan ekonomi hingga pembangunan menjadi beberapa alasan terkait lahirnya sebuah integrase kawasan.
