This also applies to the employee recruitment system, which can be a solution to the employee recruitment process in an organization, where organizations can choose the right employees for their organization. Web-based employee recruitment systems are used to support the decision-making stage by identifying problems, selecting relevant data with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. This study aimed to design an employee recruitment system using the web-based SAW method. The prototype model system development method was used with the stages of communication, rapid planning, rapid design modeling, construction, and system submission. The data collection process was conducted through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The result of this study is a web-based employee recruitment system that can input job vacancy data, applicant data, interview schedules, assessment data information, and assessment result reports. The results of the system evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) obtained a value of 80, which shows the grade ranking of the SUS scores on the level of user acceptance in the acceptable category and grade scale category B, which means that the system has good quality and is easy to use by users.
 
 Berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di bidang sistem informasi mengakibatkan peningkatan kinerja organisasi dalam mengelola informasinya. Hal ini juga berlaku pada sistem rekrutmen karyawan yang dapat menjadi solusi dalam proses rekrutmen karyawan dalam sebuah organisasi, dimana organisasi dapat memilih sendiri karyawan yang tepat untuk organisasinya. Sistem rekrutmen karyawan berbasis web digunakan untuk mendukung tahap pengambilan keputusan dengan mengidentifikasi masalah, memilih data yang relevan dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem rekrutmen karyawan dengan menggunakan metode SAW berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan sistem model prototype dengan tahapan komunikasi, perencanaan secara cepat, pemodelan perancangan secara cepat, konstruksi dan penyerahan sistem. Adapun proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem rekrutmen karyawan berbasis web dimana sistem dapat menginput data lowongan pekerjaan, menginput data pelamar, membuat jadwal interview, menampilkan informasi data penilaian, serta menampilkan laporan hasil penilaian. This application can later be used by coffee shop owners to assist with the sales process. The method used in this research was a user-centered design (UCD). The result of this research is a prototype of Hallo Coffee website user interface design. Based on the expert validation test, it was concluded that the user interface design of the Hallo Coffee website that has been produced is attractive and easy for users to understand. \u0000 \u0000Saat ini masih banyak pengusaha coffee shop rintisan yang masih membutuhkan platform untuk mempromosikan penjualannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah desain user interface untuk aplikasi pemesanan menu di sebuah kafe sekaligus reservasi kafe secara online pada platform website. We used the XGBoost algorithm to forecast the capacity of Jakarta's mass transit system. Using preprocessed raw data obtained from the Jakarta Open Data website for the period 2020-2021 as a training medium, we achieved a mean absolute percentage error of 69. However, after the model was fine-tuned, the MAPE was significantly reduced by 28.99% to 49.97. The XGBoost algorithm was found to be effective in detecting patterns and trends in the data, which can be used to improve routes and plan future studies by providing valuable insights. It is possible that additional data points, such as holidays and weather conditions, will further enhance the accuracy of the model in future research. As a result of implementing XGBoost, Jakarta's transportation system can optimize resource utilization and improve customer service in order to improve passenger satisfaction. Pengukuran tingkat kematangan menggunakan 3 Domain 7 Aspek dan 14 indikator SPBE dan 2 indikator tambahan yang disesuaikan dengan Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian evaluasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan SIMPEG berdasarkan SPBE memiliki predikat “BAIK” dengan total nilai indeks 3.4. Beberapa indikator yang memiliki predikat indeks “kurang” atau nilai indeks dibawah 1,8 akan menjadikan indikator tersebut sebagai rekomendasi perbaikan untuk SIMPEG Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontalo. This problem was encountered when learning WAN-based Technology subjects in class XI of the Computer and Network Engineering expertise program at SMK Darussalam Makassar. For this reason, the development of Movie Learning media based on Augmented Reality needs to be developed to overcome these problems. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the stages of learning media development, (2) to determine the valid criteria for learning media, and (3) to determine the practicality of learning media developed on WAN broad-based technology competencies. The development procedure used is the ADDIE development model. This learning media is based on movie learning, which was developed and validated by two experts and revised to make results suitable for use. The results of this study show that (1) the learning media developed is declared valid and suitable for use in the learning process, and (2) the implementation of the learning media developed is practical and easy to use.Penerapan media pendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar yang kurang menarik dapat berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi dan semangat belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Permasalahan tersebut ditemui dalam pembelajaran mata pelajaran Teknologi berbasis WAN di kelas XI program keahlian Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan di SMK Darussalam Makassar. Untuk itu, pengembangan media pembelajaran Movie Learning berbasis Augmented Reality perlu dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui tahapan pengembangan media pembelajaran, (2) untuk mengetahui kriteria valid media pembelajaran, (3) untuk mengetahui kepraktisan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan pada kompetensi teknologi berbasis luas WAN. Prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan ADDIE. Media pembelajaran ini berbasis Movie learning yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh 2 orang ahli dan mengalami revisi sehingga didapatkan hasil yang layak digunakan. This application system can be accessed on the https://simantap.ung.ac.id page. The main problem faced in its application is the service process of issuing a Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah (SKPI)/(Diploma Supplement), which is long enough for graduates to wait several months to receive SKPI documents. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the factors that affect SIMANTAP services, namely human, technological, and organizational factors, using the HOT-Fit model. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, and the data analysis technique is SEM-PLS using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study show that: (1) the successful implementation of the SIMANTAP application system in UNG is at the level of 77.7% and is included in the strong or successful category; (2) evaluation of the factors that affect the successful implementation of SIMANTAP in UNG are as follows: system quality and information quality have an influence on system use, service quality, and system use influence user satisfaction, the organizational environment has an influence on organizational structure, and organizational structure and organizational environment influence SIMANTAP's net benefit.Sistem Informasi Kemahasiswaan Terpadu (SIMANTAP) merupakan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis online untuk layanan kemahasiswaan di lingkungan Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Sistem aplikasi ini dapat diakses melalui laman https://simantap.ung.ac.id. Pada penerapannya, permasalahan utama yang dihadapi, yaitu lamanya proses penerbitan Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah (SKPI) sehingga para wisudawan masih harus menunggu beberapa bulan untuk dapat menerima dokumen SKPI. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhi layanan SIMANTAP dengan menggunakan model HOT-Fit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan teknik analisis data adalah SEM-PLS dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Currently, information related to the facilities is not widely available. One reason is that the information provided is still manually installed on paper in a specific location. In addition, there is no medium for interaction between tourists and tour managers. This study aims to develop an application for an android-based tourism information system. The method used in this study is prototyping, which comprises five stages: communication, quick planning, quick modeling design, prototype construction, deployment delivery, and feedback. The results obtained by the application can provide information related to facilities in the Pentadio Resort attraction, such as status, warnings, prices, and location points of the facility, as well as review features as a means of interaction or reporting for tourists to the attraction manager. \u0000 \u0000Objek wisata Pentadio Resort di Kabupaten Gorontalo merupakan tempat yang memiliki keunikan, keindahan dan nilai berupa kekayaan alam, budaya dan hasil buatan manusia yang menjadi tujuan untuk melakukan kegiatan pariwisata. Namun informasi berkaitan dengan fasilitas tersebut saat ini belum tersampaikan secara meluas. Satu hal yang menjadi sebab adalah informasi yang disediakan masih secara manual melalui kertas yang dipasang di tempat tertentu. Selain itu belum tersedia media interaksi antara wisatawan dan pengelola wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi pariwisata berbasis android. This can be seen from the difficulty of registering and collecting files for consumers outside the area; it is difficult to find and check incomplete files because they are done manually. The purpose of this study is to develop a registration information system and file completion system to make housing purchases easier for companies and consumers. In the development of the running system, pieces analysis is carried out, namely Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Services. A prototype method was used for application development. The weaknesses and problems that occur in the running system can be determined from the results of the analysis using the PIECES method. Regarding the results of the application of the prototype method in the development of information systems, applications can be generated to facilitate the registration and completion of consumer files according to user needs. \u0000 \u0000PT. This is because Indonesia has a tropical climate with two seasons, summer and rainy, with extreme weather, temperature, and wind direction changes. The Bima Regency is one of the areas with the highest level of disaster in Indonesia, ranging from tidal floods, droughts, landslides, and fires. The people of the Bima Regency feel traumatized and are always aware of disasters because there is no updated and valid information related to disasters, especially disaster-mitigation information. Along with the development of Industrial Revolution 4.0, the need for fast and accurate information is increasing, so there is a need for a disaster information system in Bima Regency. The developed information system uses an extreme programming method that can develop applications at a relatively fast time and produce applications that suit your needs. This system's rapid coordination with valid data between the community and authorities related to disasters, in this case, the BIMA Regency BPBD, makes Bima Regency resilient and responsive to disasters. In addition, the test results with black-box testing produced a value of 100%, which means that the features contained in the application are required.Indonesia adalah salah satu daerah yang rawan akan bencana. Hal ini disebabkan karena wilayah Indonesia terletak di daerah iklim tropis dengan dua musim yaitu musim panas dan musim hujan dengan ciri-ciri adanya perubahan cuaca, suhu dan arah angin yang cukup ekstrem. Kabupaten Bima termasuk daerah dengan tingkat bencana tertinggi di Indonesia, mulai dari banjir rob, kekeringan, tanah longsor, hingga kebakaran. Masyarakat Kabupaten Bima merasa trauma dan selalu waspada terhadap adanya bencana karena belum tersedianya informasi yang update dan valid terkait kebencanaan khususnya mitigasi bencana. Seiring dengan perkembangan revolusi industri 4.0, kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat dan akurat semakin meningkat, sehingga perlu adanya sebuah sistem informasi kebencanaan di Kabupaten Bima. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan metode extreme programming yang mampu mengembangkan aplikasi dengan waktu yang relatif cepat dan menghasilkan aplikasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, dapat terjalin koordinasi yang cepat dengan data yang valid antara masyarakat dan pihak yang berwenang terkait kebencanaan yang dalam hal ini BPBD Kabupaten Bima, menjadikan Kabupaten Bima menjadi Kabupaten yang tangguh dan tanggap terhadap kebencanaan. Namun, proses jual beli barang bekas masih memiliki kekurangan yaitu pihak pengepul tidak mengetahui tempat atau lokasi masyarakat yang ingin menjual barang bekas sehingga pihak pengepul harus melakukan kunjungan- kunjungan ke wilayah sekitar dengan mobil sebagai persiapan untuk membawa barang bekas yang dijual masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penjualan barang bekas berbasis android yang dapat menyajikan informasi aktual mengenai informasi harga barang bekas dari masing-masing pengepul, serta memudahkan penyajian lokasi penjual barang bekas. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan sistem dengan model prototype.
