This study aims to build a savings and loan information system on Cempaka Cooperative in web based using prototype system development method which includes system analysis that use flowchart, system design that use Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, encoding that use Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, data storage using MySQL, and system testing that use black box testing. Nevertheless, novel security problems occur while MCC provides big data analysis with management services. MCC combines the cloud computing into the smart phone environment and hence overcome the barrier such as battery life, storage and bandwidth. In this paper, we are providing the survey of MCC that is useful to the reader to understand the definition, general overview. The advantages, challenges, and security issues are discussed. The communication protocol named as end to end along with their two types viz. TCP/IP (Transmission control protocol/internet protocol) with UDP (User datagram protocol) protocols are presented along with their properties, limitations and challenges. The concept of load balancing used in MCC is also discussed. The most noteworthy example in this perspective lies in implementation of traffic rules and relevant taxing amounts. It is justly said that people learn the hard way. It is this very interest that the present work serves. We have taken two-wheeler riders as the test case and proposed safety and security measures for better implementation of traffic rules at the bearer itself. This study proposes a two-fold approach for attaining the aforementioned initiatives – the two-wheeler ignition gets fired only when a) the rider wears the helmet and b) his breath passes the alcohol test. Failing part (b) also uploads the data to relevant bodies for further analysis and measures. It plays an important role for various systems like Traffic assessment and Prediction, routing and navigation, Fleet management etc. Trajectory data accuracy is a key factor for sampling based vehicle movement using existing GPS alerting systems. GPS navigation process is not reliable because of weak signaling transmission, weather scenario, especially, tall buildings area and drass sectors in the Indian scenario. Map matching finding a path between available points on the active road's segments; enhance road data accuracy through minimizing frechet distance for future purpose. Therefore accurate road data, become necessary for fast map matching outcomes. This work provides to locate the frechet distance on available free space for accurate path finding. To overcome this problem we initiate the development of a windows application named ‘Remote Online Voting System (ROVS)’ which is developed for casting of votes remotely. It is an electronic voting system that allows the users to cast their votes from any part of the world. This study attempts to predict the direction of movement for the next day for S&P BSE Sensex index. Experiments are done in two phases. The first stage provided the direction classification that is whether predicted movement is up or down based on six technical indicators distinctly. Indicators are calculated as per their definition by using daily trading data of open, high, low, close and volume. Stage two takes in the processed discretized data for predictions from stage one. The accuracy of both stages for each model is evaluated and compared. Experimental results show significant improvement of the combined model over single-pass model hence supporting the assumption that conversion from continuous to discrete form based on indicators filter more noise than relevant information and provides an effective mechanism of dimensionality reduction. But, these sensor nodes have energy limitations and to overcome this limitation, there is a need for energy efficient techniques which improve the performance of the network. Clustering ensures uniform deployment of nodes and data aggregation by the cluster head (CH). Major proportion of energy is taken up while transmitting aggregated data to the base station (BS) via the CH, so in the proposed work, a Super Cluster Head (SCH) is used which directly communicates with the mobile BS, thereby reducing the load on CHs. LEACH-Type-2 Fuzzy Logic based technique improves the network lifespan considerably by optimizing the SCH selection process with Type-2 Fuzzy Logic. SCH selection is done based on chance factor computed by fuzzy parameters namely distance of the SCH to the BS, centrality and remaining battery. Nowdays, fire mischances keep happenings frequently, cause danger to human life and property, also cause difficulties to fire fighters to save lives. In such cases, a firefighting robot is utilized to protect human lives, wealth, and surroundings from the fire mishappenings. This model is an IOT based firefighting robot that detects fire. After being informed the authorities can start visualizing the fire location and can communicate with people stuck with a help of an automatic receiver installed. Instructions can be given to the robot regarding its movement, turning on its water pump or carbon-dioxide pump depending on fire type through long distances. The fire type and carbon-monoxide level is known using the sensors installed that provide a graph to make the analysis. Since the classification is being done automatically, the classifier needs to be a good classifier so that there are as less misclassifications as possible. Therefore, the classification accuracy is very important and needs to be taken care of. There are various factors that can affect the classification accuracy of classifiers. One of the factors is the Feature Selection method used to reduce the number of features in the documents. Information Gain (IG) is one of the most popular measures employed for this task but there are few shortcomings in this measure of evaluating the useful words for classification. In this paper, a new measure is proposed which eliminates those shortcomings and thus finds the better words which are more useful in the classification task. The new proposed measure aims to find those words which have more discriminating power than others and therefore, it is named as Discriminating Power (DP).
