A company's team must decide the work to be done, the resources to be reorganized and a time from beginning of the calculation until project starts. Following completion of these activities, the program team will set up a set of projects that will assign program development tasks, identify key milestones, identify responsibilities for each task and identify related dependencies among participants that may have a significant impact on progress. There is usually no full precise estimation process, but in this research we have tried to find the best programming methods to find the best estimate of programming. Effort estimation is one of greatest objection of STLC. It is platform for planning, estimating and preparing effort for project. This paper demonstrates model with a purpose of depicting bias variation and an accuracy of the technology of an enterprise test attempt estimates concluding the function of Cobb-Douglas (CDF), Neuro fuzzy approach, and Genetic methods. The purpose of this review is to present an analysis of principles to minimize software costs and to explain how these concepts are applied to general system divisions. We deliver simple algorithms namely-Cobb Douglas, Genetic Algorithms, and Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Approach to decide which algorithm is best suited to finding the best estimates as accurate as possible. The best outcomes they have been found in Neuro Fuzzy Approach. The Neuro Fuzzy has highest accuracy to be found, but the Genetic Algorithm was better than Fuzzy Logic, the worst compared to Cobb Douglas and Genetic Algorithms.","PeriodicalId":439003,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130417186","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, multiplexing different numerology in the frequency domain will destroy the orthogonality of the multicarrier system resulting in internu-merology interference (INI), which will severely deteriorate the system performance. In this paper, filtered-OFDM (f-OFDM) combined with index modulation is proposed as a solution to effectively mitigate the inter-numerology interference. In OFDM with index modulation, only a fraction of subcarriers is activated, so that information is conveyed through both subcarriers and indices of activated subcarriers. To exploit the diversity gain of index modulation in mixed numerology transmissions, filtering is also done on each numerology. Simulation results show that combining index modulation with f-OFDM can significantly improve the performance of the system in mixed numerology transmission scenarios.","PeriodicalId":439003,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121143571","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The enterprise urgency to understand when to update and break trial to improve the software's reliability, maintaining the software market growth and decrease the price of research. Companies usually put their product on the market sooner, in order to reach the market. Software testing is a mechanism by which corporations update, Troubleshoot or upgrade their software when used as a debugging method, it guarantees optimum product release, increasing software stability while compressing the economic expense of testing. Today, its journey on market is dynamic due to distributed nature and the diversity of the software making patch an intrinsic testing element. A Sew is a chunk of software to repair or support a device program for fixing or improving it. An important issue within the software advanced preparation to complete when to prevent testing and deliver the software to the users. In this paper, the cost optimal release action, which decreases entire normal cost of program, will be addressed. Scientists have been working in the field to reduce entire testing cost, but so far, accuracy has not been studied in the system for optimal time scheduling. In this paper, we discuss accuracy, which is considerable aspect of quality of program. We therefore suggest reliability development, Design software testing to make the software system stable and cost-effective to fix testing cost issues, product delivery time, and acceptable reliability levels. Using real-life failed software dataset, the numeric illustration was implemented.","PeriodicalId":439003,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126244539","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to ease of access to online content, students and teachers prefer E-books. However, referring multiple E-books for a particular topic is difficult and the content obtained is so large that it is virtually impossible to differentiate which content is relevant. Also, it is widely recognized in the digital Information Retrieval community that keyword-based search engine does not work well when the user's needs are not well-defined. Hence, a search engine is required to explore the content of E-books. This paper proposes a ‘Content Based Search Engine for E-Books’ where E-books are indexed and the search results are clustered according to frequent phrases. The clustering of search results allows the search engine to understand the semantics behind user's query. In comparison with other existing search engines, this paper focuses on developing an improved search engine to explore the content of E-books. The results show that a particular topic can be searched across multiple E-books and can be clustered based on its content.","PeriodicalId":439003,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115825983","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To improve the inference time, we present a method (CoIn) that benefits from the use of multiple devices that execute simultaneously. Our method achieves the goal of low inference time by partitioning images of a batch on diverse micro-architectures. The strategy for partitioning is based on offline profiling on the target devices. We have validated our partitioning technique on CPUs, GPUs and FPGAs that include memory-constrained devices in which case, a re-partitioning technique is applied. An average speedup of 1.39x and 1.5x is seen with CPU-GPU and CPU-GPU-FPGA co-execution respectively. In comparison with the approach of the state-of-the-art, CoIn has an average speedup of 1.62x across all networks.","PeriodicalId":439003,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132393060","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Determining manually the total number of chilli fruits in an orchard is a tedious job, also it requires huge human resource, cost and has low accuracy. In this research work, a novel approach is proposed, for detecting and counting ripened chilli fruit from the plant images. It helps farmers to plan the manual labor to harvest the crop, shipment, sales and operations related to the post harvest. Computer vision techniques can help to precisely count the chilli fruits of the orchard. Therefore, an automated determination and counting the number of chilli fruits is introduced in the agricultural farms. The proposed technique achieves fine accuracy when compared towards ground truth chilli fruit images.","PeriodicalId":439003,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"275 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133951991","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Traditional fruit and vegetable processing and grading of good and fresh quality is time consuming and requires more skilled labour. Computer vision and Machine learning approaches are the best solutions to the above mentioned problem. The present paper implements a novel approach of grade classification of pomegranate and mango fruits with texture and colour gradient features. Texture of the fruits are modelled using structural features using local binary pattern (LBP) and statistical features using pixel run length matrix (PRLM) and GLCM, while colour gradients (CG) of the fruits are calculated using average colour gradients, variances and colour coordinates of the three primary colours red, green and blue. Kernel support vector machine (KSVM) is used to grade/classify the extracted features from the proposed and existing methods. The statistical performance results show that the proposed approach is effective in grade classification and defect identification of the fruits with varying texture and colour gradients to an acceptable degree.","PeriodicalId":439003,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Systems (ICACCS)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127830839","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
