Kim","doi":"10.31324/jrs.2018.09.26.3.21","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31324/jrs.2018.09.26.3.21","url":null,"abstract":"본 연구의 목적은 지역사회복지관 사회복지사들이 지역사회 아웃리치를 어떻게 경험하고 있고, 이를 위해 사용하는 실천기술들이 무엇인지를 이해하고자 하는 것이다. 연구참여자는 지역사회 아웃리치 경험이 있는 지역사회 복지관에 근무하는 사회복지사 15명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집방법은 심층면접을 통해 이루어졌고, 질적연구방법중 Giorgi의 현상학적 분석방법을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 지역사회 아웃리치 실천과 기술에 대한 경험은 74개의 의미단위, 12개의 드러난 주제, 7개의 본질적 주제로 범주화되었다. 본질적 주제는 지역사회 아웃리치 개념, 필요성, 지역사회 아웃리치 장애요소, 지역사회 아웃리치 대상자, 지역사회 아웃리치 실천기술에 대한 개별적 접근 (클라이언트와 관계맺기, 동기부여하기), 조직적 접근(기관차원에서 정기적으로 하기, 기관정책 차원에서 체계마련하기), 지역적 접근(지역주민과 함께 하기, 지역사회 기관들과 함께 하기)으로 구분하였다. 또한 사회복지사들의 실천경험토대 지역사회 아웃리치 인식, 장애물, 기술 구조화를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 사회복지사들의 지역사회 아웃리치에 대한 개입과 실천방법에 대한 함의에 대해 논의하였다.","PeriodicalId":43723,"journal":{"name":"Australasian Journal of Regional Studies","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.5,"publicationDate":"2018-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82424992","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

{"title":"Associations between community residents’ perceived acceptance of health information and their health behaviors in Incheon","authors":"Sun Yang, Kyoung-Ok Park","doi":"10.31324/jrs.2018.06.26.2.65","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31324/jrs.2018.06.26.2.65","url":null,"abstract":"본 논문은 일부 인천지역의 성인 거주자들이 인식하는 건강정보 수용 수준과 건강행동 간의 관련성을 규명하고자 실시하였다. 인천광역시에 소재한 구청 중 본 조사연구에 협조를 허락한 2개 구청에 조사기간동안 민원업무를 위해 방문한 60세 미만 성인 지역주민을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였으며 총 180명이 조사에 응답하였다. 조사지는 일반적 특성, 인지된 건강정보 수용 수준(노출과 수용), 건강행동으로 구성되었으며 회수된 응답은 모두 SPSS 프로그램을 통해 분석되었다. 건강정보 노출 인식은 수용 인식과 중등도의 양의 상관관계가 있었고(r=.465, p＜.001), 건강행동과 건강정보 수용 인식 간에도 약하지만양의 상관관계가 있었다(r=.185, p＜.05). 그러나 건강행동과 건강정보 노출 인식 간에는 유의미한 상관관계가 발견되지 않았다. 회귀분석 결과, 건강행동과 관련된 유의미한 요인은 성, 연령, 건강관심도, 건강정보수용 인식이었으며 이 요인들의 대상자 건강행동에 대한 분산설명력은 29.6%였다. 여성이고, 연령이 높을수록, 건강관심도가 높을수록 그리고 건강정보 수용점수가 높을수록 건강행동 점수가 높았다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 지역사회 건강 커뮤니케이션 프로그램 개발에 있어 단순한 건강정보 노출을 넘어 정보 수용도를 높일 수 있는 목표 대상의 관련 특성을 규명하고 적용하는 노력이 필요함을 제안한다.","PeriodicalId":43723,"journal":{"name":"Australasian Journal of Regional Studies","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.5,"publicationDate":"2018-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89229494","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
