Exposure to workplace bullying has been argued to be a severe stressor and a more devastating problem for affected individual and in turn for their organizations and society as a whole. However, research on this negative behavior in Iran is scarce. There is a need to understand more about the prevalence of the workplace bullying in Iran. Hence, the purpose of this paper was to determine the prevalence rate of this behavior in Iranian workplaces. A nationwide representative sample was used. Eight hundred and ninety two researchermade questionnaires were collected from clerical staff and production workers in banking, manufacturing, teaching, nursing and some of other sectors. The findings suggest that thirty six percent of employees who participated in this study had occasionally or frequently been exposed to bullying in the last year. In today's highly competitive environments, those organizations continue to operate that can use their resources well and increase their productivity. One of the most important sources of organization is human resource. In order to make the best use of this factor, it is necessary to develop the necessary training, coordination and sympathy among the employees, and make their goals consistent with the goals of the organization .Performance evaluation is a subset of performance management. Therefore, each performance management program depends on its ability to measure performance. Traditional performance evaluation systems lack the necessary efficiency in increasing labor productivity, so the need to turn these systems to new systems of performance management is being felt. In this research, we first review the problem design, statement of problem, and the conflict in the problem design in relation to performance evaluation in the public sector. Then, investigating the literature of the study and through library studies, we tried to examine the solutions available to eliminate this conflict and to determine whether performance evaluation in the public sector is possible in a way that increases efficiency and effectiveness or not. Therefore, this research is descriptive, carried out through library studies and articles in this area. Therefore, researchers have become interested in the selection of a portfolio with a high rate of return and controlled risk. The aim of this study is to use multi-objective meta heuristic algorithms for portfolio selection. NSGA-II, NRGA, and SPEA2 were used to form the proposed portfolio. Then VaR (value at risk) was regarded as a criterion for measuring risk. For this purpose, the information was collected from 20 companies operating in the stock market. They were selected from www.yahoo.com. For this purpose, 105 stock companies selected as statistical sample and standard questionnaire designed and gave to them. Data collection tools (questionnaires) evaluated in terms of validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing conducted on a sample using T-Test. This research in terms of research is descriptive and in terms of conducting is surveyed. The necessary information for writing the theoretical framework, literature, and history of research used resources including articles, references, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of the test showed that there is a significant negative relationship between difference of diagnostic and declared tax with the 5-environment aspects of social responsibility including working conditions, the company governance, the conduct of business, the community, society and the environment aspects.
