Let's look at how the various colors can influence the space-carrying capacity of the architecture.The results of this research show that the color of an architectural space during a period of tolerance of that space is influenced by the same user in similar comfort conditions. Policies, strategies, and programs of the organization are the result of consultations and advice, and for this reason, the National Productivity Policy Council is active as an advisory organ for the organization. Now, given the importance of productivity, in this part of the study internal and external studies will be examined. of Kermanshah province using panel data model in the period of 1989-2011. In this debate, the focus has primarily been on the regulations’ effects on incentives, both those of preparers of financial statements to report truthfully and those of auditors to detect errors or even fraud and to correctly report their findings to the public. For some of the proposed measures, the empirical evidence as to whether they indeed improve such incentives remains inconclusive. In addition, there is a concern that certain regulations could negatively affect the structure of the audit market. Changes in the market structure, in turn, can either attenuate or reinforce the regulations’ effects on preparers’ and auditors’ incentives. To a large extent, this unintended side-effect has been neglected in the discussions. We adapt a spatial competition model to the audit market. Therefore, it studies corporate governance mechanisms including ownership percentage of institutional investors, ownership centralization, type of auditor, and independency of members of board of directors and their effect on financial reporting quality (Barth, 2001). Also, the research uses control variables, e.g. firm size, financial leverage, and market to book value ratio. This is an applied and causal research considering its type and method. Tehran stock exchange listed firms constitute statistical population of the research. The sample was selected using systematic exclusion sampling method and imposing conditions of the research variables to 75 firms of 17 industries during 2012-2017. Statistical technique of panel data regression was used to analyze data and test the hypotheses. According to the results, there is a positive and meaningful relation between ownership centralization, and financial reporting quality. Shahamat","doi":"10.21859/bfup-09022","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21859/bfup-09022","url":null,"abstract":"This paper is a review of findings of studies conducted to evaluate the relationship between different management styles and emotional intelligence among high school principals in District 2 of Shiraz. The method of study was descriptive-correlational given the nature of study. The population of study includes 33 managers of educational departments and 454 teachers of education ministry in District 2 of Shiraz. Among them, 33 managers of educational departments and 80 teachers were selected using random sampling method. Measuring tools in this study included Emotional Empowerment Questionnaire and Multiple Leadership Questionnaire, which their reliability coefficient was obtained ra = 0.9 and ra = 0.94, respectively. The analysis of findings revealed that: 1) Correlation coefficient between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership style was r = 0.347, which is significant at level of p <0.05. Thus, there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership style. 2) Correlation coefficient between emotional intelligence and interactive leadership style is r = 0.269, which is not significant at level of p <0.05. Thus, there is no significant relationship between emotional intelligence and interactive leadership style. 3) Correlation coefficient between emotional intelligence and non-interventional leadership style is r= 0.044, which is not significant at level of p <0.05.
