In order to achieve this purpose, three scientific and economic experiments were carried out on the development and use of low-expenditures compound feed in the feeding of Haisex Brown egg cross poultry. Two experiments were carried out under the conditions of the Scientific and Research Center safety and effectiveness of feed and additives of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Volgograd State Agrarian University”, the third experiment was conducted at the AO Volga Poultry Farm in the Sredneakhtubinsky area in the Volgograd region. The first experiment included the study of the effect of the anti-stress additive Feed-Food Magic Antistress Mix, in the second scientific and economic experiment the use of the Availa Cr mineral complex was studied, and in the third experiment the research was conducted to study the effectiveness of using lupin grain instead of full-fat soy in the diets of laying hens. The inclusion of the Feed-Food Magic Antistress Mix additive in the diet of egg-bearing poultry contributed to an increase in the number of red blood cells. So, their indicator was in the experimental group at the level of 3,96×10¹²/l, in the control group it was in the range of 3,55×10¹²/l, there was then increase in the concentration of hemoglobin in the experimental group by 5,82 g/l. The use of the Availa Cr mineral complex allowed to increase the hematocrit level in the blood of egg poultry by 1,38 %, to reduce the number of leukocytes in the experimental group by 0,38×10⁹/l. The inclusion of lupine grains in the diet contributed to the increase in the number of red blood cells by 0,14×10¹²/l, the increase in total protein in the blood by 2,65 g/l, the increase in the level of carotene and vitamins A and E.","PeriodicalId":437082,"journal":{"name":"Kormlenie sel'skohozjajstvennyh zhivotnyh i kormoproizvodstvo (Feeding of agricultural animals and feed production","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114382942","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The highest effect was obtained of all the compared groups when using a combination of trace elements with Hexavit and all the studied additives together. At the same time, the cobalt content in the blood of sows of these groups has been decreased by 3,3 and 5,0 times, and manganese by 2 times. In the first half of pregnancy, the addition of folic acid against the background of trace elements in the diet of sows had a more positive effect on individual indicators of metabolic metabolism in comparison with other groups. However, in the last third of pregnancy, the best results were observed in the group with Hexavit: the total protein content increased by 3,8 %, urea decreased by 57,6 (P ≤ 0,001), glucose increased by 25,1 %. The feed additive of trace elements and folic acid in the diet of sows in comparison with the control group increased the total number of piglets in the litter by 10,2 %, trace elements and Hexavit by 22,0, with their total use by 18,6 % (P ≥ 0,05), and the number of live piglets by 7,1 %, 9,1 and 15,2 %, respectively. At the same time, the consumption of compound feed, energy and protein per piglet decreased by 6,6 %, 16,1 and 13,2 %, respectively. The use of vitamin and mineral additives with Hexavit in the diet of sows in the last third of pregnancy, as well as with the addition of folic acid, increased the number of newborn piglets by 6,3 %, and live piglets by 2,6 and 1,8 %, respectively. Folic acid alone with trace elements did not have the positive effect on the reproductive traits of sows.","PeriodicalId":437082,"journal":{"name":"Kormlenie sel'skohozjajstvennyh zhivotnyh i kormoproizvodstvo (Feeding of agricultural animals and feed production","volume":"97 8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131221954","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this regard, the role of methods that correctly assess the variability of the distribution of components in animal diets is beyond anyone’s doubt. It is quite natural that the results obtained using different techniques may differ, i. e. not be comparable. It is possible to eliminate this conflict only if we adopt a single methodology that gives authentic and reproducible results. At the same time, it is necessary that all its provisions are scientifically justified and do not allow any double interpretation. Using the example of the methodology for determining the uniformity of products of the feed industry, the authors provide a convincing evidence base (calculations, tables) that it is possible to create an objective methodology if based on scientifically sound postulates: the weight and number of samples with which the value of the coefficient of variation V Скмп of the distribution of components in feed products correlates. They should be strictly regulated; any arbitrarily chosen value of the coefficient of variation of the distribution of components in the samples of concentrates and premixes does not guarantee the subsequent production of highly effective feed. The value V Скмп should be such that using these products it is possible to produce highly effective feed. In high-performance feed, it is necessary to control the variability of the distribution in the samples, of all components without exception. In addition, the authors have proposed alternative criteria for the variability of the distribution of components in samples (diets). The formulas necessary for calculation, examples of calculations, tables of practical importance have bee given. Proper coordination of work on improving existing regulatory documents in the coming years will ensure the production of highly efficient feed products and abandon most of the super-expensive import.","PeriodicalId":437082,"journal":{"name":"Kormlenie sel'skohozjajstvennyh zhivotnyh i kormoproizvodstvo (Feeding of agricultural animals and feed production","volume":"759 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116122929","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Feeding different amounts of energy feed additive with the same feeding ration to cows after calving contributed to the increase in milk productivity and fat in milk. In lactating cows of the 2nd and 3rd experimental groups for 100 days of lactation, milk yields increased by 5,2 and 6,6 %, fat content by 0,09 and 0,11 abs.%, and the amount of protein in milk was within 3,21 %. The expenditures of energy feed units per 1 kg of milk in the experimental groups were 3,2 and 4,7 % less. The study of morpho-biochemical blood parameters in lactating cows when feeding the energy feed additive had an effect on the increase in the number of erythrocytes in the whole blood of animals the 2nd and 3rd experimental groups by 4,6 and 7,3 %, hemoglobin, respectively, by 4,4 and 6,2 % in relation to animals of the 1st control group. The total protein content in the blood of cows in the 2nd experimental group increased by 2,0 %, in the 3rd by 4,5 % compared to the control group. It is obvious that the composition of the energy feed additive when feeding the feed mixture in the ration to lactating cows of a higher dose – 200 g/head/day increased protein synthesis due to lower expenditures of metabolic energy and its entry into the blood. Feeding the energy feed additive to lactating cows at the peak of lactation had the positive effect on the general physiological state and regulation of metabolic processes in animals.","PeriodicalId":437082,"journal":{"name":"Kormlenie sel'skohozjajstvennyh zhivotnyh i kormoproizvodstvo (Feeding of agricultural animals and feed production","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122268250","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

During the post-harvest ripening of grain: polysaccharides, proteins, fats finish forming, the proportion of soluble carbohydrates, non-protein nitrogen decreases, the quality of gluten improves, the lipid content increases. The activity of enzymes decreases to the level characteristic of well-ripened grain. The purpose of the research was to study the influence of shelf life on the chemical composition of grain of hulless barley varieties. Studies have also been devoted to identifying changes in the feed value of varieties of hulless barley during storage. It has been found as a result of the research that Nudum 95 variety of hulless barley surpassed the pigmented analogue of Granal 32 variety in terms of the content of crude protein in the dry matter by 1,19 abs.% and was inferior in the content of crude ash by 0,09 abs.%, crude fat by 0,33 and nitrogen-free extractive substances by 0,78 abs.%. When storing grain of hulless barley, the content of nitrogenous substances in it increased slightly. For example, the content of crude protein in the dry matter of barley grains of the variety Nudum 95 increased by 0,71 abs.% during the first 6 months of storage, in the variety Granal 32 it increased by 0,44 abs.%. It has been found that the content of nitrogen-free extractive substances in barley grain decreased during the first months due to the consumption of carbohydrates for respiration. Thus, in the variety Granal 32 in the first month of storage, the amount of nitrogen-free extractive substances decreased by 0,59 abs.%, in the variety Nudum 95 for 3 months by 1,11 abs.%. The amount of raw fat during post-harvest ripening increased in the grain of variety Granal 32 by 0,26 abs.%, the variety Nudum 95 by 0,24 abs.%, then the decrease was observed.","PeriodicalId":437082,"journal":{"name":"Kormlenie sel'skohozjajstvennyh zhivotnyh i kormoproizvodstvo (Feeding of agricultural animals and feed production","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122274018","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Beetroots are very rich in vitamins (C, B₁, B₂, P, PP, etc.), iron, magnesium, iodine, ascorbic and folic acids. Beetroot is grown almost everywhere, but it is most common in the northern hemisphere, because it is cold-resistant and light-loving. Leaves and non-marketable root crops can be used for feed for farm animals, as well as when laying a combisilage. As a rule, combisilage consists of feed of several types that complement and enrich the mixture with different nutrients. Promising varieties and hybrids of table beet under the conditions of the Trans-Urals have been studied in the paper. The yield of varieties varied on average over the years of study from 280 c/ha Bordeaux variety to 352 c/ha Detroit variety. In hybrids, the yield level varied from 292 c/ha for the Rondo F₁ to 340 c/ha for the Pablo F₁ hybrid. The role of mineral fertilizers in increasing the yield of table beet varieties has been determined. The use of complex fertilizer nitrogen-phosphor in a dose of N₄₀P₄₀K₄₀ allowed to obtain the highest yield in the experiment. The excess over the control was noted for Detroit and Mulatto varieties from 1,22 times to 1,24 times for Bordeaux variety. The phytosanitary technology of table beet cultivation under the production conditions of ZAO “Kartofel” in the Ketovsky area in the Kurgan region has been considered. The yield of marketable products for Larka F₁ hybrid was obtained in 2019 – 361 kg/ha from the area of 20 hectares, Rondo F₁ hybrid – 384 kg/ha from the area of 60 hectares. In 2020 on the farm with the area of 100 hectares the yield of Rondo F₁ hybrid was 413 kg/ha.","PeriodicalId":437082,"journal":{"name":"Kormlenie sel'skohozjajstvennyh zhivotnyh i kormoproizvodstvo (Feeding of agricultural animals and feed production","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132819296","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Protein nutrition of poultry can be regulated at the level of individual amino acids with the help of their additives and also improve the amino acid profile of the diet. Valine is the fourth limiting amino acid in broiler diets. A research has been carried out in the AO “Yaroslavl Broiler” poultry farm to assess the effect of the input of synthetic valine to the main diet on the zootechnical indicators of broiler chickens and the profitability of production. During the entire growing period, the poultry received rations developed according to the feed program of AO “Yaroslavl Broiler”. The reduced baseline level of total crude protein by 0,5–1,5 % below the standard in the compound feed recipes was compensated by the addition of three limiting amino acids, in the control group (lysine, methionine, threonine) and four, in the experimental group (lysine, methionine, threonine and valine). It has been shown that the addition of valine to the diet in an amount of 0,04–0,10 % did not reduce its nutritional values. Together with the first three limiting amino acids, the addition of crystalline valine improved the amino acid profile of the diet. Valine levels in the experimental group were higher than in the control group and only slightly below the recommended values for broiler chickens of the cross Ross 308 with a final weight of 2,5–3,0 kg. In broiler chickens have been receiving diets with additional valine, the average daily gain in live weight was 62,12 g, the average live weight of a chick was 2,74 kg, the feed conversion was 1,63 and the total meat yield was 207 449 kg, which were better than in the control group. Also, less feed was consumed in the experimental group, and the productivity index was 392,3 and was higher than in the control group.","PeriodicalId":437082,"journal":{"name":"Kormlenie sel'skohozjajstvennyh zhivotnyh i kormoproizvodstvo (Feeding of agricultural animals and feed production","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126448539","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
