Based on the signal transmission theory, we use the OLS regression model to explore the relationship between the environmental accounting information disclosure and the commercial credit level of listed firms in the market with information asymmetry and the moderating effect of the market environment. Through empirical analysis, we find that disclosing environmental accounting information or not is significantly correlated with the commercial credit level of firms. Furthermore, environmental accounting information disclosure quality is significantly and positively correlated with the commercial credit level of listed firms and the correlation will be significantly stronger in a better market environment.
