Accurate MIMO model is very important to analyse statistical properties of the channel and predict performance of the transmission system. The paper proposes a physical-statistical model for MIMO system combining ray-tracing and Rician model. By simulating in a block of city, the work gives the statistical properties and capacity of the MIMO system. A low complexity linear algorithm based on solving an RA optimization problem subject to an additional proportional fairness constraint is developed. Computer simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm performs well, and the proportionality of rate among the users approaches the proportional rate constraint as the increasing of the available subcarriers. Two step security check guarantees the security of this protocol. Partially Entangled States used as information carrier are easy to prepare and store, there is no need to transmit quantum states with secret message in quantum channel and two users can simultaneously communicate with the third party.
