In the present work this idea is applied to open chemical steady states (OCSS), where chemical oscillations are possible. The behavior of concentration (cid:29)uctuations when there are no macroscopic oscillations yet is considered. Using these conditions, a numerical procedure was developed for (cid:28)nding the thicknesses of three layers of the structure, which makes it possible to achieve close to zero values of the re(cid:29)ectance and transmittance for the chosen wavelength. The essence of the CC method consists in the addition of closing bonds between edge atoms to the usual cluster method in order to eliminate the dangling bonds on the edges of the cluster. We study the cases of an infinite layer of graphene as well as nanoribbons, nanotubes and bilayer graphene. Results for these cases are in agreement to that what was obtained by means of other methods (tight binding approximation and others). By means of the CC method we also study the problem of point defects in graphene and obtain the distortion of the energy spectrum. The energy spectrum of the layer C$_{1-x}$ Si$_{x}$ $(0leq x leq 1)$ is found as well as the dependence of the energy gap on the concentration of silicon. We show that the energy band structure of C$_{1-x}$ Si$_{x}$ looks like a tunnel transition. Wave functions of graphene in the symmetry points of Brillouin zone are also obtained.","PeriodicalId":43482,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Physical Studies","volume":"199 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135783895","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Excluding duplicate observations and false matches, we present a total of 7759 galaxies with X-ray sources. In the current work, we present general properties of the sample: namely the distribution in equatorial coordinates, radial velocity distribution, morphological type, and X-ray fluxes. The sample includes morphological classification for 5241 galaxies with X-ray emission, almost half of which, 42%, are elliptical (E, E-S0). Most galaxies in the sample have nuclear X-ray emission (6313 or 81%), and the remaining 1443 (19%) present X-ray emission from the host galaxy. This sample can be used for future deep studies of multi wavelengths properties of the galaxies with X-ray emission.","PeriodicalId":43482,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Physical Studies","volume":"95 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.5,"publicationDate":"2022-10-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80430749","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
