Thus the investment to sustain this service you get to become significant figures that could be saved by implementing Agents Assistance (AA) based software, which are always available to customers in most cases solve the most common problems users. The significantly lower investment for companies and an image is projected technological domain. It is for this reason that in this paper an architecture for implementing agents Assistance is defined, it explains an overview of the architecture design and implementation in different environments looking that can be integrated in collaborative environments which allow increasing knowledge and ability to service agents.","PeriodicalId":433200,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computing Systems and Telematics (ICCSAT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129505695","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In spite of the existence of statistical models to calculate the rain attenuation -such as ITU-R standards- sometimes it is necessary to have an approximation to real-time rain-attenuation in the link. In this paper a sensor network that monitors the rain rate of different regions in México has been developed; the collected data are used to obtain rain attenuation values. In this work, the design of the network as well as a Graphical User Interface (GUI) and a database to store the data collected is explained.","PeriodicalId":433200,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computing Systems and Telematics (ICCSAT)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129140569","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The system can manage the information without considerable delays of time and it can mix channels from different sources. The system has an audio console emulated in the computer, it means an improve in mobility and less weight. The signal processing of each channel is done within the console, so you can equalize it. The captured information by the system is sent to the console by a local area network, in the console the signal is mixed and finally sent to the exit points of audio.","PeriodicalId":433200,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computing Systems and Telematics (ICCSAT)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132074130","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among the main characteristics of this architecture, it can be highlighted its low memory consumption (only two data breakpoints are considered for function approximation), and its hardware portability because it can be implemented in a wide variety of programmable devices like FPGA, DSP or microcontrollers. In order to verify the feasibility of this proposal, logic circuit simulations in Proteus as well as numerical simulations in Maple, are reported.","PeriodicalId":433200,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computing Systems and Telematics (ICCSAT)","volume":"402 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115854839","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In most cases, it is possible to have a re-deployment of new nodes in order to prolong the system's lifetime. This leads to a situation where some nodes have a low energy level while other nodes have high energy levels. This scenario can also be found due to the use of a preferred route, where intermediate nodes consume more energy than the rest of the nodes. In these environments, and others, low energy nodes, i.e., nodes with very low residual energy must reduce the energy consumption since their operational lifetime is almost over. In this paper, we consider cluster-based WSNs for the event detection where there is a high concentration of high energy nodes and a low concentration of low energy nodes. Building on this, we propose to extend the battery life of low energy nodes in the steady stat phase. Specifically, we consider the case where nodes have random times in the sleep and active modes. To this end, we consider the case where dwelling times in each mode are related to the residual energy level. The system and the impact of the proposed residual energy-based mechanisms are evaluated and studied.","PeriodicalId":433200,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computing Systems and Telematics (ICCSAT)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129009953","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Tunability is achieved via the low and high frequency dipole separation Wgap. This separation is used to increase or decrease the S11 magnitude of the required bands. Such tunability can be used to harvest energy in environments where the electric field strength of one carrier band is dominant over the other one, or in the case when both carriers have similar electric field strength. If the environment is crowed by 820MHz-1.02GHz carries Wgap is adjusted to 1mm in order to harvest/sense only the selected band; if the environment is full of 2.24GHz - 2.52 GHz carriers Wgap is set to 7mm. When Wgap is selected to 4mm both bands can be harvested/sensed. The proposed antenna works for UHF-RFID, GSM-840MHz, 3G-UMTS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth standards. Simulations are carried out in Advanced Design System (ADS) Momentum using commercial FR4 printed circuit board specification.","PeriodicalId":433200,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Computing Systems and Telematics (ICCSAT)","volume":"517 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123100259","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
