In recent years, we often see smart phones and tablets in everyday life. Smart phones and tablets have a camera and a microphone. Although many speech enhancement techniques use only the audio information from microphones, it is considered that visual information from a camera is also helpful to enhance the speech. Although the frame rate of the normal movie is very low compared to the sampling frequency of the audio signal, it is useful if it is adequately used. We investigated the performance depending on the parameters and confirmed its effectiveness through the experiments.","PeriodicalId":433072,"journal":{"name":"2021 5th International Conference on Imaging, Signal Processing and Communications (ICISPC)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125212455","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But there are still some important and difficult problems in the field of target tracking, such as background similarity, target occlusion, motion blur and so on. Although the target tracking method based on deep learning has good robustness, its off-line training process costs a lot of time and is not flexible enough to use. In this paper, starting from the background requirements of shipboard platform sea target tracking, the algorithm is improved based on kernel correlation filtering algorithm, and a set of high robust real-time target tracking algorithm based on online learning method is proposed.","PeriodicalId":433072,"journal":{"name":"2021 5th International Conference on Imaging, Signal Processing and Communications (ICISPC)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127987730","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to visualize the oil/gas/water distribution, simulation and static tests are carried out in this paper. Electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) and microwave tomography (MWT) carried out static imaging tests of oil-gas two-phase flow and oil-water two-phase flow. Landweber iteration is used as the image reconstruction algorithm of ECT. The simulation results show that the normalized capacitance model, the iteration number and the step length have a certain influence on the ECT image reconstruction. Static tests show that ECT and MWT have a certain complementarity for oil/gas/water distribution. For oil-water flow, the image quality of MWT is better than that of ECT, and for oil-gas flow, the image quality of ECT is better than that of MWT. For a specific flow pattern, MWT image data can be used as the initial value of the ECT image reconstruction algorithm to further improve the accuracy of the ECT image.","PeriodicalId":433072,"journal":{"name":"2021 5th International Conference on Imaging, Signal Processing and Communications (ICISPC)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128181365","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It faces a drawback of reduced visibility of the aerial image due to stray light, which is referred to as a ghost. The formation of a ghost can be suppressed by providing a louver; however, this reduces the viewing angle of the aerial image. This study proposes a design of a ghost-free aerial display using polarizing plates and a DCRA. The experimental results verify that the proposed method suppressed the brightness of the ghost to approximately 23% or less compared to using only the DCRA. Additionally, at an observation angle of 45°, the proposed method obtained a brighter aerial image and ghost than the louver method.","PeriodicalId":433072,"journal":{"name":"2021 5th International Conference on Imaging, Signal Processing and Communications (ICISPC)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129535180","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Railway accidents are a major safety and financial issue for the railroad industry. Estimating the risk of railway accidents is critical for safety, as it will support in the development of secure railway operations and reduce the further risks associated with railway systems. For many years, researchers have explored various techniques for obstacles detection and early detection of railroad accidents to aid in railway incident management. With recent advancements in machine learning algorithms and data collection techniques, there are a growing number of research studies to provide suitable solutions for the railway safety system. In this paper, we present a novel approach for detecting near-miss occurrences and estimating the risk of event with data from camera using deep learning models. Our proposed approach detects and localizes foreign objects on the railroad. It also detects the position of rail tracks using a segmentation method to estimate the risk of near-miss occurrence by calculating the distance between the detected objects to the rail track. A proposed approach successfully analyzed input image into a rail track segmentation and detection of foreign objects on rail track. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach and its suitability for a complex real-world railway systems.","PeriodicalId":433072,"journal":{"name":"2021 5th International Conference on Imaging, Signal Processing and Communications (ICISPC)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114666161","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research is based on the analysis of display screen, elaborates upon the connection between display resolution and typeface design, the relationship between display polarity and the principle of vision optics. Furthermore, essential attributes and requirements of the two genre of interface font are inspected from the human visual image perception. Additionally, the visual processing of text information and visual characteristics in scanning state are elaborated, visual Angle and spatial frequency of visual perception are identified as the cornerstones influencing the design of a typeface for user interface.
